Horrible ordered the egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce and of course Jack in the Box cheats me out on my sweet and sour sauce couldn't even put on single sauce in the bag a disappointment couldn't eat my egg rolls cuz they were dry and I was at work and it was my only lunch so didn't get to eat lunch thanks a lot Jack in the Box for not paying attention to orders.

Super nice, A1 service, I actually didn't modify my burger prior to paying, big mistake on my behalf.
It was rush time, and he apologized to be for what was my mistake. He still helped me get that fixed for my son, who is allergic to mustard.
My chicken breast was disgusting. Like... Hard and chewy in a very awkward way. The ordering screen looks like it was shot by a gun. Fries taste like they have been sitting for hrs and barely warm. Also the taco was stale. Stay away from here, we seriously got food poisoning. I’ve never written a bad review about any bizarre experiences but this place earned it. The drive thru guy was cool…so I’ll give a golden star for that ig

I asked for the regional managers number and got cussed out and hung up on. The manager that did this is an older lady who could barely speak English.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a jumbo jack no mayo because I'm allergic and when I complained the manager said oh well and cussed me out over the phone. What the hell is going on here. 2nd she can't even speak proper English. She had a hard time communicating basic English. Jack in the box you need to hire better employees and offer customer service training to your management. Never ever going to this location again

I worked my way through college (Arizona State) in a Jack in the Box in 1972. What I love about Jack in the Box is the consistancy of the flavor of the food! The tacos of 1972 (my favorite) tasted exactly like the ones I enjoyed just the other day! The young man at the window had a nice smile, which reminded me of how much I enjoyed that job! Jack in the Box is delicious and fun! Top notch!
