Very unprofessional service, the guy who is taking the order very rude, I came in and he started talking crap about me in Spanish, I’m from Mexico City I speak Spanish better then he does. I told him. I understand what are you saying, he said I don’t care, and continue talking crap, he’s Mexican American skinny tall young dude, my curly fries under cooked, my burger cold and the bread very hard. Went through the drive-through on the first visit and walked in on the second visit. Prices are a little bit. High portions are OK. Service is good. The food was hot and fresh and made to order. They have much better deals if you download the app.

This location is very similar to others just in a super nicer (and EXTREMLEY FAR & OUT OF THE WAY) part of town lol BUTTTT the ONLY reason really that I felt the 100% need to write out an actual review is because of the lady there the other night at legit like 2am!!! Lol we had stopped to go by a friends apt nearby and ordered a strawberry shake while we were waiting on her to tell us where to park... And let me tell you those were probably two of the best strawberry shakes I've ever had or just very high up there LOL she made them so on point and thick and bomb as well as putting a lot of whipped cream on top the only literally only thing she did wrong was she forgot to give us our straws which is I guess kind of essential but it definitely was overlooked due to how good the shake ended up being lol she deserves a raise just for her shake making ability haha thank you for your service Ms. Graveyard shift 🫡🙌🏽🫶🏽👏🏽 add people like you that make the shakes price worth it... (Ok maybe not ALL THE WAY Haha but that's virtually impossible to get that done lol!!)

SUPER impressed for my first visit ever! I mean its burgers and they make a pretty damn good burger! I will definitely come back for my next burger craving! Also the employees were super cool and seemed like they were killing it in life. Seriously they were busting their butts to get the food out and I just want to say that some people actually notice and appreciate a strong work ethic!

I’m just shocked that the 16$ burger with bacon is the same size as their 5 dollar double jack special . Does this look like a 16$ burger I’m sure you can’t even tell which is which . Staff was not very friendly . Monster tacos were delicious and the curly fries as always but the regular fries were cold. We usually love jack in the box but maybe our money is best spent elsewhere if they take this many short cuts .
