Food is always incredible. The service was either angry almost hostile from one employee and the others almost annoyed that they had to take my money. I have been to this location a few times before, and the service is always great. I'm certain it will work it's way out. It always does.

These are some of the best sandwiches in America. There might be better in New York or Italy, but it's a bit far. Maybe you can make better from a grocery deli if you spend a bit more, but you'd have to get lucky.

They make sandwiches. Popular spot so staff seems overwhelmed on the weekends. They're polite and friendly. Not much more room for them to add staff though.Parking: Plan on a walk! There is plenty of parking, but its poorly laid out and the number of businesses that have constant traffic into them causes getting in and out frustrating. Only one way in and out.

Not to happy today! I come here once a week. Today I happened to order over the phone. When I got home, Barely any roast beef on the sandwich asked for xtra lettuce there was a dismal amount.

Can't complain about the service whatsoever and definitely not their speed. Jimmy John's who? But whatever their lettuce touches gets wet. Almost every to go sub is a bit soggy with sauce and lettuce water.

Egregiously terrible. I ordered two subs online and they switched every ingredient possible to the opposite sandwich making both inedible. They also forgot 3 bags of chips and still charged me for them. I called and no one ever answers the phone. I left a voicemail and never received a call back. I will never order from this place again.

this place is terribly run. inconsistent food quality, but what is consistent is the terrible service. order online, expect at least 45 minutes. come to the store, expect to wait in line for at least 20 minutes angrily watching an overstaffed location run around inefficiently. maybe they can just let us make our own sandwiches. quickly losing patience with this place.

More often than not my order is incorrect when ordering through the mobile app. It’s one thing if I’m dining in the store and I can get it resolved real time but it’s frustrating when I get home and its wrong. And the staff is not very personable. Step your game up Pine Bluffs!!!

Older lady (with neck tattoos) who took our order/cutting meat was short, rude and not personable. She had many customers backed up- Younger workers stood by watching waiting to build sandwiches. She clearly is not liking her job today and is not a good first impression for ordering.
