Jersey Mike's Subs

The food is usually okay, and sometimes quite good. The service ranges from horrible to acceptable. My latest visit was bad enough that I won’t be going back anytime soon. We arrived at about 11:20 hoping for quick service. There was only one other customer in the store, but we all had to wait on the staff to make a bunch of online orders before making our food.

It took 15-20 minutes for the other customer and us to get our four sandwiches. Unacceptable in my book.

I bothered to go into the store to give you my business, and I still had to wait on an online order. In-store customers should have priority, and if you are too short staffed to keep up, turn off the online order system.

Management is clearly checked out at this location. Ownership needs to get involved to fix things.

Ordered a giant sub in app and requested delivery. I had store points, so I got a free sub, but still paid the delivery fee and tipped, so my free sub was $9. The map kept showing that my order was being picked up multiple times, but I guess the driver decided to take other orders, as well as my sub elsewhere. Jersey Mike’s app says to contact the store location for any issues with delivery. I called this store and was told no refund was possible because they go through DoorDash, so not only did I not get my sub after an hour of watching the tracker, but they initially denied to a refund. Not impressed. I will not be revisiting.

I had pre ordered a sandwich 10 mins before arriving at the store. Waited for an additional 10 mins and watched 6 other orders get taken care of while I waited.

Loved the service! The nice lady that made our sammies was very interactive and fun to talk to!

Watched them pick up meat off the floor go wash it off and then proceeded to try to sell it to customers. Disgusting 🤮

My partner and I came in tonight after having an off-putting experience with Tokyo Joe's. We showed up 15 minutes before close. The two employees that worked there tonight were extremely friendly and had a great attitude and honestly turned our night around. Note to the manager, you are very lucky to have these two on staff but I'm sure you're already aware. We greatly appreciate y'all.

This Jersey Mikes made me never eat Jersey Mikes again. Shame

A 3 overall because the food is good but it’s super inefficiently ran. There were 4 girls and 3 out of the 4 were just standing there waiting on the 1 to cut meat. We wanted to grab a quick bite but ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a sandwich. It was wild to see the lack of urgency and the way things were ran.

I am fairly certain I got food poisoning from it yesterday. I got a haircut next door and then a bite to eat and had a 102 fever a couple hours later, headaches, stomach cramps. The only symptom I didn't have from food poisoning is I didn't vomit. I had every other symptom.

I ordered a turkey and chicken salsa verde. My wife’s turkey was just ok. My chicken verde took 25 minutes and the kid dumped vinegar on it. It was inedible. We won’t be going back there. The sub was disgusting and I had to throw it out.

Had The Original Italian and it was delicious. Staff were fast and friendly and the store was clean. Definitely be back!

I really like this place. Delicious food, it's clean, especially the bathroom which I really appreciate. Brandon is my favorite. There is a lady manager he seems to be close to that is also very kind and professional. I just don't know here name unfortunately. I'll be back a lot. I'm done with subway especially. Jimmie johns lacks range. Jersey Mike's is the place to go!!!!

I order pickup once or twice a month and there is always some annoyance. Staff always seems like they are inconvenienced and today the online system wouldn't submit the order...I don't like people so I'm not calling, and not ordering there to wait 30 min for a sandwich. Off to another shop for lunch from here on out I think, customer service is dead.
