They are really slow. Especially the guy at grill. He is not even pay attention to order I asked for no mayo but still he put mayo on my food . I’m not going to order anymore from there. It did even pass my lunch time while I was waiting there. NO

8 empty tables 1 clean, floor somebody spilled oily stuff on so slip and slide.
NO packet KETCHUP— for a $11.00 Philly cheese. I will never come back! When your from the East coast your Philly has ketchup. You couldn’t be any cheaper by eliminating this

My whole family loves their subs! We almost always order ahead online because its a busy location and they have really improved with their accuracy. We very rarely have issues with our orders being correct. They are also now always ready when promised. The staff greets us when we arrive and help us pick up the order. The fresh-sliced meat is 'second to none' compared to other local shops in our opinion. We love the rosemary parmesan bread and the veggies are always FRESH. Its always clean inside though we generally don't eat there.

Incredibly slow. Waited over 30 mins for 2 Subs. Waste of time.

This will be my last time ordering online. Idk why any Jersey Mike's takes my orders online. Tell me to pickup at a certain time. I waited 15 extra minutes this time before going to the store. Started making it when I asked for my order....every time. Love jersey Mike's. Online ordering always seems to be a joke for me.

Terrible customer service.

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush! Went in on a Friday for lunch expecting a high volume of customers, but didn’t expect to wait an hour for a sandwich. (I counted 34 people in the store waiting, most of which were online orders) It took 54 minutes waiting in line of ten people to get my food and this isn’t the first time… It seems to be a problem with this specific location. If you’re a sandwich shop, it needs to be fast and efficient. Even though Jimmy John’s is subpar food, I’ll be going there now just because I guarantee I won’t be late for work!

Service is always a bit slow here but the subs are awesome. Also wish they'd get website options right for this location. They never have certain chips or drinks and when you get to the store, they are there. Don't have this problem with other stores.
