I ordered a gluten free sub, I walked into the store when the girl was preparing it. She's over there rubbing the gluten free bread with the same knife they spread mayo on all the regular bread sandwiches. Guess who just came home sick from work because of the lack of care or effort. I'm done with jersey mikes. Thanks for making me so sick I lost a whole day of pay. Train your dumb employees please, but I'll never be back.

This place has been on a steady decline over the past couple of years. When I first started eating here around 3 years ago, the food was really good and consistent. Now the orders are wrong almost every time and the sandwiches are soggy, messy and overpriced.

The food is about what you'd expect from a sandwich joint but, for CRYING OUT LOUD!!! Jersey Mike workers, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR DAMN GLOVES!!!!!
Please Stop touching everything behind the counter, wipping down cabinets and other cleaning duties only to immediately start making customers food!!! WHILE STILL WEARING THE SAME GLOVES!!!

I was overcharged on a gift card. The person handling the transaction needed help. I ended up being charged for a giant. I never order a giant by myself. I reached out to corporate office who offered no assistance. Amazing how a company handles a loyal customer who has never contacted the company before. So.., no more Jersey Mike’s in my future.

$20 for a sandwich with paper thin toppings on rock hard bread, no thanks! I’ll just eat at home

Awfully bad sandwich and even worse value for the money. Ordered a regular with extra meat. The sub itself was smaller than previous orders and there was definitely not extra meat. Bread seemed stale, meat was way overcooked.

I wish I would've read all the other bad reviews before I made the long drive down here. By far the worst Jersey Mike sandwich I've ever had! Just tasted bad from every ingredient. How do you ruin a turkey sub? Everything from bread to dressing tasted not right. Staff is nasty and entitled especially girls so I couldn't dare return it. They can't even slice the bread in the middle and then get pissy when you try to tell them. Sandwiches fall apart when bottom is cracker thin. Don't waste the drive here, so not worth it!

This is one of the most disgusting locations and very dirty. The guy handling and slicing the meet wears ripped gloves touching his hat constantly, then prepares the food, without using new gloves. They all wear gloves, but they touch everything else along with the food. Do they not know that the gloves are for food handling purposes? Very poor common sense and training. We will not be back at this gross and unsanitary store.
