The bread was small, more so at this location than others. Asked to hold Tomato and Lettuce, got home and saw they completely ignored my request. Asked to have them both cut in half and they forgot that too. Hardly any meat in either sandwich.
Staff was more concerned with winding down for the night at 630pm than worrying about my order and I was the only customer there. My wife was on the phone and she said why is this taking so long aren't they supposed to be freaky fast?
Bottom line this location gave up a long time ago and they are phoning it in daily. We won't be coming back to this location again ever!

Okay, first off the line is ridiculous and the weight is even worse. Almost 20 minutes to get a sandwich. Ridiculous. Second of all, I ordered a veggie sandwich and I basically got lettuce, cheese tomatoes and that was it. How is that considered a veggie sandwich for $9? Ridiculous. Also, one of my co-workers got food from you and said the tuna fish was absolutely horrible
I have been avoiding this store since it sold a few years back. Decided to give it another try today. We used the drive through and we're greeted by a very cheery and friendly voice! Rebecca was so kind at the window and made our whole experience great! It was taking longer than usual and she threw in some cookies and apologized for the wait. Food was fresh and good.
the SLOWEST drive through ever man we got 3 sandwich's and it took probably 30 mins at the drive through then didn't give us drinks with our combo
Ordered delivery, took an hour and a half to arrive and the location is less than 2 miles from me. This is the last time I order anything from here. However, its not the 1st time this has happened... my fault I should've learned.
Ordered sandwiches online to be picked up and take to my kids for lunch at school. When I showed up the store was closed. The website and everything says the store opens at 10 AM and I was scheduled to pick up my order at 10:15. I am very upset and going to have some very disappointed kids. Reached out to Jimmy John’s on the chat and the only way to get a refund is from the store directly. I hope someone from the store reaches out.
I ordered a beach club no avocado was on it asked for xtra lettuce and pickle was not there got 3 pickles 3 small over ripe soggy tomatoes and barely any turkey this is the 3rd time this has happened...really this place needs better management I went in to get a sandwich and they had no cheese no bread was baked in the morning so puts Customer on a huge wait totally ridiculous worst place deserves 0 stars awful horrible...ordered no delivery I waited and waited

Went to get subs for the family and the drive through was closed. Had a sign on it that said they weren't using the drive through for the rest of the night and to come inside. Saw 2 boys through the window just sitting in chairs talking. Drive back around and walked in. They both acted like they were put out that we walked in, mind you it was 730pm and they were open for another hour and a half. I ordered food. They forgot the peppers on one sandwich and did a half a$$ job on the others. Food was good though!

Not even greeted in kind at the start, just stared down until I spoke. I'm sorry but atrocious service and apathy from the Manager On Duty to even care about the significance of the order. They would not take cash and then said, especially not for an order that is only $13 dollars and some change." What awful customer service. I reached out to the company about it and they said the franchise owner would address it but no one has attempted any amends in weeks. I will not support the business. Plenty of companies are training their staff to care for the customer with kindness and appreciation; they are the ones who deserve our time, energy and resources. Three thumbs down. Pretty sad and pathetic not to care about people choosing your establishment.

I’ve been to this location several different times and everytime I walk in the door I can tell that I am an inconvenience for the staff. They most of the time don’t greet and just ask what do I want before I am to the cash register. The area outside the door is usually a mess. The food tastes good but sometimes the sandwich is just falling apart and barely in the bread

The staff goes absolutely out of their way for the customer. I needed two loaves of bread for Thanksgiving desperately the night before and they were kind enough to set them aside for me to pickup. Today I also ordered delivery from them and wow, it really was freaky fast and soooo delicious. I love this Jimmy John's location. No clue why they aren't rated 5 stars on Google! Thank you JJ employees!
