I placed an order early in the morning for three party boxes with a scheduled pickup time of 2:00 PM. Just five minutes before my pickup time, I received a call informing me that they didn’t have enough bread to complete my order. This is completely unacceptable. If their inventory was insufficient, I should have been notified much earlier in the day. Extremely poor customer service.

Ordered delivery and over an hour and a half later I had to call for an update because the app still said “order received”. The person on the phone told me, “at first we didn’t have a driver but then nobody wanted to take it over”. I wouldn’t have received any kind of update if I hadn’t called?
I just wanted a sandwich for lunch on my break and if no one is going to deliver it I’d at least like an online option to cancel my order so I can get a refund?
Frustrating customer service and missed lunch because of it. Now two hours later and even after talking to the store…no sandwich. (Also my work is only 6 minutes from the store…I just can’t leave because I’m at work but the distance isn’t a variable) :/
All to say: Choose a different JimmyJohns if you want to actually receive your food for delivery.

Worst Jimmy Johns on the front range. Bread is always stale and they rarely pay attention to marking the wrappers.

I felt really bad for the employees, they were super apologetic and I think they were understaffed and but it took like 25 minutes to get my sandwich after going up to the counter and reminding them what my order was like three times. Sandwich wasn't very good either.

Waited thirty minutes for a terrible sandwich. Worker said he put the order in and he never did. Multitudes of people came in asking for a refund or for their food at the same I was there. Overall, terrible experience dont come here

Food poisoning likely! I was eating this tonight and it just tasted off. I opened it up and the lettuce is brown, slimy, and smells horrible.
Please get people other than teenagers working. They are incredibly slow and just non responsive. 4 cars sitting in drive thru lane ended up just coming in store since no one was on speaker and they just said yah we didn’t turn on the headset today….well maybe put a sign outside. Slow and don’t care-won’t be returning.
Everytime I order they forget something on my sandwich. I ordered a beach club and it came without cucumbers and avocado. Very disappointed with the service.

Worst experience ever! Do not order from them. Staff could not be more trashy. Order took 45 min to be delivered and imagine that, order was wrong. Called to get them to remake the sandwich we ordered and right away the manager on duty started raising his voice and said no he was not going to make the sandwich again. Totally unprofessional! My daughter went up there to get a refund and they would not let her in. Too bad you cannot see who's making your meal before you order because this place would not have any business. I am calling corporate and I want everyone working this shift fired. This is not how you do business and clearly making a sandwich is too hard for them anyways.
I want my money back!

Fix your drive thru windows, you're losing my business
As a vegetarian they sent me a turkey sandwich told me they wouldn’t send out another one and that even though I I paid for delivery I would have to pick it up. Also my drink was half full.

I went in at 8:45 after I got off my shift at work at 8:30 and as soon as I stepped inside they said they were closed. It says that they close at 9 online. Probably won't come here again.

DO NOT use the drive thru. It takes a lot for me to post bad reviews but when I'm a local and have to go to this location, it's worth saying. This Jimmy Johns specifically, has the most consistent issues with quality control. I have no idea why, but for almost a year, I can't even count how many times I've gotten my food, drink, or chips wrong. I'm not a snob, but my gosh, it's not that hard to look at the receipt and check the bag. Or better yet repeat the order at the menu, or at the window, or literally anything every other drive thru does...
