Ordered sandwiches online to be picked up and take to my kids for lunch at school. When I showed up the store was closed. The website and everything says the store opens at 10 AM and I was scheduled to pick up my order at 10:15. I am very upset and going to have some very disappointed kids. Reached out to Jimmy John’s on the chat and the only way to get a refund is from the store directly. I hope someone from the store reaches out.
I ordered a beach club no avocado was on it asked for xtra lettuce and pickle was not there got 3 pickles 3 small over ripe soggy tomatoes and barely any turkey this is the 3rd time this has happened...really this place needs better management I went in to get a sandwich and they had no cheese no bread was baked in the morning so puts Customer on a huge wait totally ridiculous worst place deserves 0 stars awful horrible...ordered no delivery I waited and waited
Went to get subs for the family and the drive through was closed. Had a sign on it that said they weren't using the drive through for the rest of the night and to come inside. Saw 2 boys through the window just sitting in chairs talking. Drive back around and walked in. They both acted like they were put out that we walked in, mind you it was 730pm and they were open for another hour and a half. I ordered food. They forgot the peppers on one sandwich and did a half a$$ job on the others. Food was good though!

Not even greeted in kind at the start, just stared down until I spoke. I'm sorry but atrocious service and apathy from the Manager On Duty to even care about the significance of the order. They would not take cash and then said, especially not for an order that is only $13 dollars and some change." What awful customer service. I reached out to the company about it and they said the franchise owner would address it but no one has attempted any amends in weeks. I will not support the business. Plenty of companies are training their staff to care for the customer with kindness and appreciation; they are the ones who deserve our time, energy and resources. Three thumbs down. Pretty sad and pathetic not to care about people choosing your establishment.

I’ve been to this location several different times and everytime I walk in the door I can tell that I am an inconvenience for the staff. They most of the time don’t greet and just ask what do I want before I am to the cash register. The area outside the door is usually a mess. The food tastes good but sometimes the sandwich is just falling apart and barely in the bread

The staff goes absolutely out of their way for the customer. I needed two loaves of bread for Thanksgiving desperately the night before and they were kind enough to set them aside for me to pickup. Today I also ordered delivery from them and wow, it really was freaky fast and soooo delicious. I love this Jimmy John's location. No clue why they aren't rated 5 stars on Google! Thank you JJ employees!

A day or two ago I ordered 12 sandwiches and I had some issues I spoke with the manager on duty sorry that I do not remember his name but he was very helpful and apologetic and I do truly appreciate that. I ordered again today and all previous mistakes were nonexistent and I definitely appreciate that. It definitely shows that they care enough to do better! I spend a lot of money on fast food and delivery can be very costly so the fact that that manager listened and acted on his promises was a breath of fresh air customer service is so nonexistent these days. and confidence that if a mistake is made, it will be addressed.

#5 Vito does not come with mayo. The worker was adamant that it does come with mayo and told me I was wrong. REVIEW YOUR MENU PLEASE 😭

That “freaky fast” delivery can’t deliver to a location less than 3 miles away and still in the same town. Always out of very simple ingredients so I wouldn’t even trust that they’d give me the right order if I did order delivery. How can you be out the ingredients that are put on just every one of their sandwiches. Every time I go to this location they’re out of something, some days they’re even out of bread in the middle of the day. Whoever the manager is or who’s in charge of making sure they have everything needed to operate is doing a worse job than my 12 year old could do. And it’s terribly unsafe to order in person because the way to get inside is by walking over a 20 foot stretch of ice. The only spot in this shopping center that still has ice. Just put some road salt down like every other business.

Ordered 6 combos on the app at 11:30am. At 12:15pm I noticed an employee trying to fit several sandwiches into a paper bag that had ripped and she was tapping the bag together.
I asked where the rest of the order was (chips and drinks) and was told there was nothing else even though it was clear on the receipt that they were ordered and paid for. She told me to just "grab whatever"
There were seven employees that I could see, and no other customers at my time of arrival.
If I owned this business, everyone would be fired.
When I returned to my office I discovered that none of the sandwiches were marked and two were completely wrong.
I can never get back the hour of my life, or the $100 I spent on lunch, but this location will never rob me again.

This location sucks. First time I went they can’t wrap a lettuce wrap at all. Just went again. They forgot my chips I paid for and the additional peppers I asked for as well. It just seems to be a bunch of high school boys working. Also there are so many gnats flying around in the drive through it’s disgusting. Tried calling but their phone doesn’t work.
I first preface this by saying I do not typically leave bad reviews, but rather praise good service. 2 weeks in a row I have gone to the Parker JJ’s and left without food!! The first visit they were out of bread! What kind of sandwich shop runs out of bread?!?! The second visit today, they turned 8 people away telling us they weren’t taking in store orders because they were backed up with online orders. Both time the teenagers working there were rude and completely unapologetic! My family will NEVER go back to that store!
