Jimmy John's Restaurant by Costco in Parker restored my taste for a delicious sub sandwich in a good ole' fashion, hard- working, clean establishment. Many other sub places just don't have the quality, taste, cleanliness, and service. The owners are amazing and actually care for their employees and their customers and their reputation. They go out of their way to have great service each time, treating their employees and customers with respect. I like the Italian Sub and my bread kept in the sandwich. They wait until I order, and with a smile, make it just the way I like it! How often do we get that special treatment any more! Thanks, Jimmy John's!!!

I placed a delivery order through Jimmy John's online system, where tipping was clearly marked as optional. A few minutes later, I got a call from the store asking if I wanted to leave a gratuity. When I politely said no, the employee replied, “Well, I don’t think the delivery man will want to deliver the order, then.”

That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Pressuring customers for tips after an order is placed (especially under threat of non-delivery) is manipulative and completely out of line. I canceled the order immediately.

I tip in-person when service earns it, but harassing customers into it is disgraceful. Jimmy John’s corporate needs to address this behavior before it damages the brand further.

Went here at about noon on Thursday May 1st for a quick lunch break. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I got a few modifications on my sandwich and they made it perfectly in maybe the fastest I have ever gotten my sandwich at a Jimmy Johns

I usually love Jimmy Johns, but I was absolutely disgusted and appalled by the behavior of the Cottonwood franchise's owners tonight. They came into a separate location, on Twenty Mile, and both the husband and wife, along with their daughter, proceeded to yell at and berate one of the employees. It turns out this employee had made a switch to the Twenty Mile location and the Cottonwood franchise owners were not happy. I'm disgusted by their attitude towards ANY Jimmy John's employee and will not be eating at any location until this is addressed by corporate. Berating, yelling at and demeaning employees should never be tolerated and to have this happen in such a public display is appalling.

Freaky fning slow. They never have ranch instead of calling/refunding they replace with another item that I haven’t agreed to. Terrible.

My experiences at this Jimmy John’s are usually fantastic. The staff is typically kind and efficient. However, this recent experience was the complete opposite. I placed an online order, requesting that the delivery be left at reception. Shortly after this I received three separate calls, back to back, from a staff member. When I couldn’t answer (as I was in the middle of teaching), he left a voicemail asking if I intended to pre-tip him. Not long after he arrived at the school where he confronted the front office staff. He repeatedly insisted that I needed to tip him, as this is how they make their income. He also demanded that I come to the front to “sign” for the sandwich. The receptionist explained that I was teaching and unable to leave my class, suggesting he could take the sandwich back if a signature was necessary. Instead, he left it behind, quite reluctantly, leading me to believe that a signature was not necessary. This level of disturbance, calling repeatedly during the workday and pressuring the office staff, does not create a favorable impression or earn a tip. I have always tipped delivery drivers and intended to tip once the delivery was completed, as I typically do. After this experience, I’ll be reconsidering ordering at this location.

They're now charging a $5 delivery fee. No longer have an incentive to order from JJ's.
Might as well order from any other eatery and have it door dashed or Uber'd.
Who are making these poor business decisions now-a-days?! SMH

Ordered a sandwich for myself and my mother online, which was immediately marked as completed and delivered within a minute. Sometimes this has been done before to reduce times, but after an hour I called only to be told that they had attempted to contact me (untrue) and that "because the tip was so low, it didn't balance out the gas price." Not only do I live within walking distance, but with the delivery fee already in the cost this just comes across as rude.
