Even though there aren’t Japanese chefs in the kitchen, the food here is made with love, and you can taste it in every bite. Every dish was amazing fresh, flavorful, and just downright delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back! If you want super deli Japanese food, this spot is a must!

We’ve been coming here forever. The staff is so polite, the food is incredible and great quality. We keep trying other sushi places but always end up back at Junz. We love the crunch role, cinco de mayo roll, the shrimp tempura roll and also love their nigiri and hand rolls. Always love to get the pan fried gyoza and spicy edamame. You can’t go wrong here!! Thank you to the staff for always being so hospitable to us and our littles.

Waited a bit before a server came to our table. It was a Friday night and surprisingly not busy at all. Sushi was really good as always! Miso soup, very salty, never used to be like that. The beef teriyaki was not as flavorful, lacking teriyaki, and had a lot more fat on it. We didn't receive our apps until the main meal was served, and the green tea ice cream did not taste like green tea ice cream at all. Not sure what it was, but somewhat disappointing. I gave the food 4 stars because the sushi was really good, but if I had to rate it based on the other items we ordered, probably a 3.

Husband loved the sushi and liked the environment. We typically go to Sushi Castle in Castle Rock or another place in Centennial but wanted to try a new place. The food was edible, nothing special. Will not go back or recommend to friends.

Honestly, food was decent. Not decent enough to overcome the bad experience. Sushi came before our appetizers and they charge $4 for an 8 oz. kids soft drink. Not a kid friendly place. Half the price of sake...

I go to Junz for lunch about once each week, opting for soft shell crab from the sushi bar and an order of their delicious Tempura Udon from the kitchen. The Udon broth is perfect and the crunchy tempura is really the best in town for dipping into the broth. Service is attentive and friendly. My go-to for sure! Yum!
