I used to get a delicious raspberry martini with sushi. Unfortunately last month the martini was a pure sugar water, I asked the waitress to change my drink and she came with the same drink she just added water, and I paid $18 for this 🤔
Also this time the restaurant didn’t look clean.

Absolutely worth the trip!
I don’t visit Junz often because of the distance, but every time I do, I’m reminded why I love this place. The fusion of Japanese and French cuisine is always on point, and the quality is consistently outstanding.

We went yesterday to celebrate my daughters’ birthday, and I tried the Chirashi for the first time—wow! Easily the best Chirashi in the Denver metro area. Fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor.

Stop looking, you Must go!

Even though there aren’t Japanese chefs in the kitchen, the food here is made with love, and you can taste it in every bite. Every dish was amazing fresh, flavorful, and just downright delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back! If you want super deli Japanese food, this spot is a must!
