We always going there. Sushi is great and people there so nice and accommodating.
I recently enjoyed some of the freshest sushi I have had in quite some time. The portions were generous, and the white fish had a wonderfully smooth texture. We ordered through Grubhub, but I am looking forward to the opportunity to dine in and enjoy the atmosphere.
We also decided to try something new that I had not seen on a menu before: spicy scallops topped with a quail egg. I highly recommend stepping outside your usual preferences and giving this dish a try.
Overall, this is some of the best sushi and sashimi in the South Denver area. Well done! And trust me I would know I grew up at the beach on the East Coast.

Kurosawa is by far the best sushi place in Colorado. I've been to all the big names, and they do not compare. The sushi here is not only priced fairly, but the quality is top notch. You will not find better quality or better service in the state. I highly recommend giving them a try and seeing why this establishment is my number one go-to for sushi! (They also have a half pineapple for pineapple fried rice that my daughter loves!)

Wanted to try this restaurant because it’s one of the closer spots to the Pinery besides Castle Rock. The service was very poor. We tried to dine in on a Wednesday night thinking it should be pretty mellow. The service was terrible. We ended up waiting for 20 mins for an appetizer and then 45 mins for our sushi order. When it finally did come, the size of the special rolls was literally half the size of special rolls at any other sushi restaurant. I do not recommend you waste your time or your money at this place. I will not be coming back.
It’s been about three years since I’ve been here, and the fish did not seem as fresh or flavorful. It was still a nice experience and I will go back.

We tried Kurosawa during the weekend for dinner. The interior was nice enough and the dining room was pretty busy that evening. We got the bento and the sushi for 2. The food here was good but not amazing. The one criticism I would give it was the 36 piece of sushi did lack some variety that we were hoping for.
