Very simple…if you want adult beverages in a nice atmosphere this is your place. If you want good authentic food go somewhere else. The music playlist didn’t play one Mexican song/band, the “sopapilla” was a deep fried tortilla, the taquito looked like something from the freezer section of any grocery store, no diet sodas, no lemonade on the day I was there. Such a long wait that fell way short!
Very poor dining experience, worst chili relleno, soggy, no chilies, cheese cold and hard. Took for ever to get dinner, customer service, nonexistent. Don't waste yor time going to Parker, La Loma in Castle Rock is worth the drive
Very disappointed..
Food cold. No chili in our rellano.
We were sitting at the bar..
Castlerock location is so much better..Took leftovers home .cheese wouldn't melt? What kind of cheese is that?
The food at Taco Bell taste better that this your paying for the atmosphere food is terrible
While it may have stumbled at the starting blocks, Parker’s La Loma is definitely hitting their stride now. Excellent service, atmosphere and delicious food. I recommend the anniversary plate with carnitas. Sean and Mío provided outstanding service.
After waiting several years for this location to be open, was very disappointed, a one and done for sure. Service overall was a mix of disappointment from how long it took for 2 total beers to come out, the first around 7 minutes, the second was about 15 minutes (had to ask about the delay) and also with the misleading items described such as fried ice cream that isn't fried and a dessert sopapilla that was a dense pancake. Feedback given was largely dismissive in regards to how they are different from other tex mex restaurants but honestly felt we were just being fed excuses to save face. That dessert sopapilla should not be an item,
kind of hurts the pride and authenticity of this cuisine. The price of guacamole for 14 dollars for the small amount was highway robbery, as if the price was for the denver location based on higher rent. Stuffed sopapilla was as if a pierogi look, it was extremely disappointing and not what was to be imagined based on description. The texas platter came warm to lukewarm as if it was sitting. The meat was seasoned nice, but came out warm to lukewarm, the beans came lukewarm with it. The onions and Serrano needed to be grilled more, too raw in flavor that hurt the palette (especially the onion). The green chili is tasty. The fried but not fried icecream was tasty (should rename it tho). Overall, just felt this place is overhyped.
made a reservation for Saturday to celebrate mother’s day. Our waiter was awesome, food
was delicious, so were the margaritas. We were hesitant because the reviews weren’t great, but we love the castle rock location. The bar is small, and there’s no view like the castle rock location but everything was great!
We waited for Parker to open since we have eaten at the Downtown location and Castle Rock. Both are outstanding. Parker location was not up to par with those. Service was Slow, but our server Erik told us the manager would take care of us, I just assumed since he supposedly spoke to the manager she would have come by. Heard someone tell the table next to us they ran out of Salsa and was making some. While waiting for our slow service we we able to watch the aftermath of a minor fender bender outside. Food came and it was Luke warm. I would have left a tip, but it sounded like the server, Erik did not talk to any management about anything. May be back to Parker when I hear it has changed. I know they just opened, but the service and attention they give is not La Loma now maybe with practice it will. I think my ticket number is 60063.
Terrible! Cinco de Mayo and our food was bland and barely warm…rice was cold. Our orders were incorrect and drinks weren’t La Loma quality. We waited about an hour for our food. We frequent the Castle Rock location and I’m embarrassed for the brand. We will continue to go to Castle Rock, not here. Terrible
I am 64 years old and had to crawl out from under the womens bathroom stall door because the lock wouldnt open. Pretty gross crawling on a bathroom floor prior to dinner. Nobody apologized, the waiter definitely let Managagement know,, he said rhey were going to put wd40 on it, that's all. Then dinner was outrageously slow. We didn't say anything about it but when dinner was finally served the waiter said they were going to give us dessert on the house. Then they did not do that. No apologies just a large bill. Management never came over to apologize. We've been so excited for this location to open, but it seems like every restaurant that opens here, doesn't make it.

We have been to the La Loma in Castle Rock many times and absolutely love it. We were so excited to have one close to home and couldn’t wait for the Parker location to open. Our reservation was at 730p and they had already ran out of the salsa. Our waitress told us she would give us the habanero salsa and if it was too hot we could have guacamole or queso. I was very surprised at that but thought it was an awesome gesture. My husband loved it but it was too hot for me so I asked for the guacamole. Instead of leaving the salsa for my husband she took it away. He doesn’t like guac so had to eat his chips plain. We finally ordered and it took 45 minutes to get our appetizer. Our food finally arrived luke warm and my shrimp was overcooked and very tough. The bill came and the awesome gesture I thought had taken place cost $14. I told our waitress the way she had worded it was deceiving and I didn’t think we had to pay for the guacamole. It was not taken off! Needless to say we will make the drive down to Castke Rock next time.
Great food and great service!
I was so excited to take our family here on 5/8 but it was quite disappointing. Took almost 15 minutes to get drinks from the bar, the food was overall very salty from the ground beef, chicken, and red sauce. I understand if there were issues with service and execution, but to not have the food menu up to par was quite the miss. We would have shared our feedback with a manager if he had stopped by our table but he missed the opportunity to interact. At this point I cannot advise that my clients go to this location.
Best food in Parker
We had lunch today and I am sharing that review. The restaurant is beautiful and the staff were excellent. Now on to the food: Husband ordered an enchilada and a Chile relleno. Nothing remarkable here and he did not eat much of this meal. The enchilada had thick, beef tasting gravy. The rice was bland and the beans tasted burned. The Chile relleno didn't have a pepper and was nowhere near what it should be. I ordered the chicken enchilada with Hatch Chile sauce. As with my husband's meal, everything was bland. Food was warm, but not hot. Best things were the chips and salsa. We are from Texas originally and love Tex-Mex food. The items today were nowhere close to any semblance of the typical food. Compared to other local Mexican restaurants, this one is at the bottom of our list.
