I have always been a fan of LaLoma and first time to try the Parker location. The food was AWFUL! The guacamole was bland, chips seemed stale. The enchilada was nothing but shredded chicken in a flour tortilla, no cheese-SUPER dry. The rice was white rice-I expected Spanish rice.
Meh! Won't be back! Had the waiter asked how the meal was i would have told him, but he didn't ask.

My family and I went to the La Loma Parker and it was incredible! Austin was our server and not only was he incredibly attentive, he also anticipated everything. My boyfriend accidentally dropped his fork on the ground and Austin brought us a new fork without us even asking. The food also tasted beyond phenomenal and the drinks are to die for. Not to mention, the ambiance and overall vibe of the place was also wonderful. I definitely would recommend this place!

Something is just off with this location... It's not as good as Savina's Castle Rock. The flour tortillas are not as good. We've been here several times and it's consistently not as good as the CR location. Last night, I got my normal order of steak fajitas - not as good! The onions were thick cut, and the steak just wasn't the same. Needless to say, unless they get things together at the Parker location it's better to just go to the Savina's in CR and wait a bit longer.

We had dinner here last night and had SUCH a wonderful experience! The hostess was very welcoming when we arrived and our server, Pete, was top notch! He was warm, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. We loved the suggestions he made for us and he kept our drinks full all night. The manager came over and spent some time with us at the end of our meal and you can tell he really cared about our experience. We’re looking forward to trying more of the menu and we’ll definitely be back!

First off, Pete, our server was great- gave us a run down of the menu and made some great recommendations which we went with and were so happy! Mixed Grill Fajitas and churros for dessert lovely dining experience we will be back!

Love la Loma I enjoy the service and food more and more every time I go! I highly recommend the quesadillas!!
Delicious super crispy and thin chips and mild salsa, the brisket and green chile were also very flavorful and really stood out. The portions were reasonable and the dishes were pretty well priced, most between $25-35 dollars. The service and atmosphere were good, the only slightly annoying thing was having to constantly bug the waitress to refill the water carafe for the table, which was much too small for four people to be using.
