Just wanted to give a special shoutout to our server, Ashley and her amazing manager. We dined at La Loma as a last family outing before my uncle and cousin left back to their home states. We also brought my grandma who has Alzheimer’s. Ashley was so attentive, kind, funny, and made sure we were taken care of in a manner that was above and beyond. I love La Loma and usually go to the downtown location, but will happily visit this Parker Rd. location again. Thank you all for the fantastic service. It was genuinely appreciated.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 6 STARS IF I COULD — LENA IS A NATIONAL TREASURE 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Let me be painfully clear—you haven’t experienced LA LOMA in Parker, CO until you’ve been blessed, guided, and absolutely glorified by the presence of LENA.

From the moment we sat down, it was as if the heavens opened and whispered, “You’re in good hands now.” Lena didn’t just serve us—no, no—she orchestrated a dining experience so flawless it should be in the Smithsonian.

Chips? Fresh. Salsa? Fire. Drinks? I didn’t even finish my first sip before Lena had already read my mind and brought out the next round.

She moves with the elegance of a Broadway dancer and the precision of a NASA engineer. She remembered our names, our kids’ names, our dog’s name, and probably our Enneagram types. And she made us feel like VIPs at a five-star resort—except we were in a Mexican restaurant in Parker and loving every second of it.

Lena’s recommendations? Divine. I didn’t even know I liked mole until Lena described it with such passion I was ready to tattoo it on my arm.

In a world full of rushed service and half-hearted hospitality, Lena is the blazing tortilla-slinging goddess we all need.

LA LOMA: give her a raise. A crown. Her own franchise. Something. Just don’t ever let her leave.

We came for tacos. We left in love—with the food, the vibe, and most of all… with Lena. 🌮🔥💃

Run, don’t walk. Ask for Lena. Tip like your life depends on it. You’re welcome.

We were pleasantly surprised when we found this restaurant. Our waiter was super attentive and helpful and all 5 of us commented how each of our dishes was very tasty. Even though we live in Ken Caryl we will be back with our neighbors to our new favorite Mexican restaurant

The food was good not a big menu, limited options for kids and very over priced.

Very simple…if you want adult beverages in a nice atmosphere this is your place. If you want good authentic food go somewhere else. The music playlist didn’t play one Mexican song/band, the “sopapilla” was a deep fried tortilla, the taquito looked like something from the freezer section of any grocery store, no diet sodas, no lemonade on the day I was there. Such a long wait that fell way short!

Very poor dining experience, worst chili relleno, soggy, no chilies, cheese cold and hard. Took for ever to get dinner, customer service, nonexistent. Don't waste yor time going to Parker, La Loma in Castle Rock is worth the drive

Very disappointed..
Food cold. No chili in our rellano.
We were sitting at the bar..
Castlerock location is so much better..Took leftovers home .cheese wouldn't melt? What kind of cheese is that?

While it may have stumbled at the starting blocks, Parker’s La Loma is definitely hitting their stride now. Excellent service, atmosphere and delicious food. I recommend the anniversary plate with carnitas. Sean and Mío provided outstanding service.

After waiting several years for this location to be open, was very disappointed, a one and done for sure. Service overall was a mix of disappointment from how long it took for 2 total beers to come out, the first around 7 minutes, the second was about 15 minutes (had to ask about the delay) and also with the misleading items described such as fried ice cream that isn't fried and a dessert sopapilla that was a dense pancake. Feedback given was largely dismissive in regards to how they are different from other tex mex restaurants but honestly felt we were just being fed excuses to save face. That dessert sopapilla should not be an item,
kind of hurts the pride and authenticity of this cuisine. The price of guacamole for 14 dollars for the small amount was highway robbery, as if the price was for the denver location based on higher rent. Stuffed sopapilla was as if a pierogi look, it was extremely disappointing and not what was to be imagined based on description. The texas platter came warm to lukewarm as if it was sitting. The meat was seasoned nice, but came out warm to lukewarm, the beans came lukewarm with it. The onions and Serrano needed to be grilled more, too raw in flavor that hurt the palette (especially the onion). The green chili is tasty. The fried but not fried icecream was tasty (should rename it tho). Overall, just felt this place is overhyped.
