House-Made Garlic Knots
Our house-made garlic knots are seasoned with garlic and butter, then baked to perfection. Served ten to an order with a side of red sauce. Vegetarian
Ricci's Wings
Nine to an order. Baked to perfection with a spicy-sweet sauce. Gluten-free.
Pepperoni Rollatini
House-made dough rolled with pepperoni, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Baked and served five to an order with house-made red sauce.
Italian Sausage Wraps
Locally-made Italian sausage and pickled jalapeños wrapped in our house-made pizza dough served with our delicious house-made mascarpone dipping sauce. Served six to an order.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Spinach and artichokes with a tantalizing blend of Parmesan, mozzarella, and mascarpone cheese. For a nice kick, we added chopped fresh jalapeños. Baked to perfection and served with fresh house-made croutons for dipping. Vegetarian.
Prosciutto Wrapped Jalapeños
Fresh jalapeños stuffed with a mix of Italian sausage, mascarpone cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion, bell pepper, and garlic all wrapped in a slice of fresh prosciutto then baked. Served six to an order with a choice of red sauce or house-made ranch dressing for your dipping pleasure!
Lil' Ricci's Rollatini
Little twist on the pepperoni rollatini. We added jalapeños, onions, and house-made ranch to make it a Lil' Ricci's original!

Italian Wedge
A twist on the classic bleu cheese wedge. Ours is a wedge of iceberg lettuce drizzled with our house-made bleu cheese, topped with diced tomatoes, black olives, and pan-fried prosciutto bits. Dusted with Parmesan cheese and oregano for a nice Italian flare. Served with a delicious house-made garlic knot.

Best pizza I’ve had in the Denver area - I’m from the northeast and miss good pizza. They do sausage pizzas perfectly: thinly sliced so it gets nice and crispy. The garlic knots are to die for. I’ve also had the Greek pizza, and the amount of toppings is *fantastic* and worth every penny. I’ve only ever ordered delivery, so I can’t comment on service and atmosphere, but this is now my go-to pizza place. Please keep up the excellent work and using great dough and toppings!!

The food here is always awesome. I've had their food probably once a month for several years. It doesn't matter what pizza I've ordered they have all been delicious and I suggest adding ricotta cheese. Their biggest pizza box doesn't even fit in my fridge correctly which is a good problem to have. The crust is excellent. The meatball sub is definitely worth having.

The food was pretty good, but for some reason, they decided to cut a round pizza into a grid… I just want some pizza and crust with each peace instead I get one or the other. So odd never had a pizza place do that before. Does taste good tho.
