Worst McDonald's around. The drive was horrible the first time. It was moving 1 car every 5 minutes. 2nd time, said an apple pie would take 13 minutes and then forgot to put our sandwich in the bag. Avoid this one.

I’ve almost never get the sauce packets I asked for which is especially bad considering they cost .25 cents here now. And I just got handed a drink that was handed to the car in front of me. Disgusting that they think this is okay, I often hear people screaming and the staff genuinely seems under trained and miserable. Please pick a different mc Donald’s and avoid this place at all costs.

Jackie, specifically, needs to be fired. Extremely rude. Impatient. Only takes orders from ONE drive thru lane, causing chaos and confusion and lots of hold up. She then gets snarky about it and refuses to converse.

No knock to the people they were kind, courteous, and professional. However, instead of a mood boosting sundae I got a let down sundae. This sundae hot fudge and all didn’t even reach the brim of the cup. Would’ve been cool to get a bit more since I could get a whole tub for around the same price.

Every time I go and order anything, I’m told to pull forward and wait in the waiting area.
Even when I order ahead and use the app, my order is never ready and I end up waiting in the waiting area for quite a while.
