Don't bother going to this location if you want what you order. They can't understand what you say when you order in the drive through because they don't speak clear English or understand it. The last two times I went here I got home to a completely different order then what I placed. I only go for breakfast occasionally and it would be nice if I got what I ordered but it never happens. Very frustrating!

Last night I placed an order through the app for curbside and I dont know if it automatically cancels since I took a while to pick it up. the male employee last night was no help. He was rude to me. If I'm asking for my order because it's saying on the app to go inside why would I go inside. He told me something must have been with wrong my phone when I'm showing him my receipt that was emailed. He didn't bother to look at it. He made me feel like I was trying to steal food. I had to reorder the food only for it to be cold. Employees here are rude it's rare when they're actually nice. Every time the app says I have to go through the drive thru or inside I have a bad experience because they can't find my order with the number I'm giving them and they'll say they don't know what I'm talking about or why I didn't go through curbside when I'm trying to show them it says to either go inside or drive through. I can't find the restaurant number that's why I didn't report it through the app

10/17/2025 @ 0530 management check your staff list. Normally the experience is good. This other person working this day had nothing prepped. I waited 6-7 minutes at the window before she even took my card. Then she said we’re waiting on hash browns…. Nothing prepped at 540am????

terrible service people can’t even answer a call everyone including the manager are very disrespectful and i will be contacting corporate to get this resolved and talking shit in spanish makes them look even more stupid since i know and understand spanish myself i will be making multiple complaints since they can’t be professionals in a work environment
