Messed up my order, packaged it badly (things were piled in it messily, nuggets box fell apart in bag, and the bag ripped before I ever picked it up), didn’t give the proper amount of nuggets two different times, and had to take the bag back into the back twice, due to problems, before I could even pick it up. The dining room was clean and nice, at least.

Telling Like It Is
Full disclosure, I like McDonald's. When you go to any McDonald's, you expect consistency in your food. This particular McDonald's could use some improvements in this area. On several occasions, they were not able to get my order right. The latest example, we ordered 3 fish sandwiches, one sandwich didn't have cheese on it. I guess they are consistent...in getting things wrong. No matter, I will be back.

I’ve gone to this location many times since it opened. They really have it down. Fast, extremely professional, overly friendly always. I know if I am short on time I can stop and get a meal. This is my favorite location by far.

Fast, efficient, CLEAN, and friendly service. During visit a manager with a very professional appearance checked on us with a friendly attitude. Definitely an exemplary store!
DON’T GO HERE!!! Staff is super unfriendly and especially the night crew. Aparrently talking to your friends is more important than the several cars in the drove through waiting for their food. Pathetic, don’t order at this one!!!

I've tried to give this spot the benefit of the doubt so many times by now but this is just either poorly mismanaged or ran by the laziest employees ever. Incorrect orders, terrible patience, and terrible food quality to say the least. I cannot comprehend how you cannot even have the basic skill to properly wrap a sandwich. I've thrown away wrappers in the garbage that have looked cleaner than that. Not to mention those are the most greasey quarter pounders I have ever seen. It's not rocket science the formula has literally been layed out for you from years of experience. If you're getting 20+ dollars an hour just to pump out this garbage of an effort yall should be ashamed.
