Great service! We got the volcano ramen, rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll and the noodles bowl. We also got the gyoza and the Mr Buns. All of it was great. The volcano ramen was spicy but not too spicy and had lots of flavor. It was a little light on the meat though. Just one slice of meat for the small bowl. The rainbow roll was delicious. Nothing to write home about on the spicy tuna roll. Overall would come back again!

Service is always great here for us. They have a few unique rolls that add to the experience.
We chose eel and octopus sushi. For the rolls, Out of Control, Parker Plus, Nobu, and Tuna Lover to try out today.
The restaurant is very clean, the chairs though could use a cushion, I will admit.
But if you are looking for a great sushi place with fantastic service - this should be on your list.

Very clean establishment and great food. It is obvious that they take their time and put effort into each dish. This is our new favorite and I was grateful to find this place.

Since my original review I have had ramen all over the country, and I will confidently say that this is the best ramen I have had. An absolute hidden gem here in the Denver metro area. We come here on average twice a month. The sushi is great as well. The staff is wonderful, and I have never had to wait to be seated. We only discovered this place because they were the only ramen place with in a 20-minute drive open on New Years.

Been here a few times and finally writing a review!
Excellent establishment and wonderful addition to Parker! The Volcano bowl is my absolute favorite since it's spicy and packed with all the good things. I had the Seafood bowl recently and asked for it to be spicy and wow was that delicious. The kids drinks come in these plastic containers with a unique lid. They apparently offer dimsum now so I'll have to check that out next time. All good flavors, nice staff, wonderful vibes, excellent food.

This was a perfect find in a nice and clean area. The food seemed very authentic and it came very fast. The waiter was kind and attentive too.
The seaweed salad and the sushi tasted great. We ordered the Gyu Niku, Volcano, and Tonkotsu ramen and they were all fantastic. The broths were flavorful and the noodles (we got the curly noodles over the skinny noodles) were perfectly cooked and just the type of noodle we wanted. The pork in the Tonkotsu was very lean, however I thought it could have used more flavor. The toppings in the ramen were all high quality too. The volcano ramen had a good spice as well (some places don’t make it spicy enough when it is listed as spicy, but here did great).
The dragon and spicy salmon roll was good. The avocado on the dragon roll was a good ripeness and had no browning. Finally, the sesame balls were amazing.
Would totally come back to this place next time we are in the area.

We decided to stop here wanting to try something new. For the appetizers, we tried the Tako Yaki, which are octopus balls and the jalapeño bombs. Those were soooooo freaking good! We also got the Volcano Ramen. I loved the flavors of the bamboo shoots and mushrooms in there. There is not much meat, but it was a good amount of food in the regular bowl size. I would not say there are a lot of choices for picky kids. One of my littles ended up just eating rice and soy sauce.

Solid spot for some ramen when you're in the area. Stopped here to try somewhere new and wasn't disappointed. Started with calamari and gyoza which were great and got the Mr. Ramen. Everything was great! We'll be back for more sometime.

Well, I don’t actually live in Parker. I checked this place out because it was close to my kids daycare and I have picked up food twice now and it is awesome every time I go food is ready fast 15 minutes tops. Mai is a gem he is super sweet and always kind and fast and they all deserve a full tip even though it’s only take out! I can’t wait till I move to Parker and I am able to order this more often. They are very accommodating for a gluten-free preference even with the Ramen. It’s so nice that this place offers so many sushi meal combos too. You definitely get more bang for your buck and the sushi is so fresh! Definitely try it you will not be disappointed. Arigato!!

Not even enough broth to cover the ramen ingredients in a Togo order. I called the restaurant & no offer for a refund.

The fact I trusted google reviews is my fault.

I placed a pickup order for Cowboy sushi, tonkatsu ramen and Shoyu ramen and gyoza. I get there and the atmosphere is decent. We pay and go. I get in the car excited to try the sushi. It looks tasty so I take a bite. I tasted the avocado and the shrimp and then felt disappointed. It was so bland!! I couldn’t believe it. For all these good reviews, you’d think it would be worth $20.

Then the ramen. I poured the warm broth in the bowl. It didn’t look appetizing. The noodles were bland. The soup was okay. But not top tier. My partner agreed and we didn’t even finish. We’ve been all over eating ramen in Colorado and none were THIS bad. The gyoza was SOFT. It was good, but why soft??

So I’m upset and would like a refund because of this worthless experience. I call the restaurant. The lady who answered after hearing my complaint said, “our food is quality”. I argued, “I’ve been to multiple ramen restaurants and this is NOT quality.” She goes back and forth with her manager and says “we cannot refund you. If there’s nothing wrong with the food we can’t refund you.” I argued that there is something wrong with the food and she didn’t budge. Just kept repeating its quality.

If this restaurant is quality, pigs should be flying. And those who find it good are either lying or have never had authentic ramen in their life. I’m telling everyone I come across to avoid this place. Besides the quality, it’s expensive!! For what?? This place shouldn’t even be open.
