This place was great the food was amazing and so was the service but when we got habachi we at first waited 20 minutes which is fair you know it’s habachi and you’ll end up waiting anyway but the problem was that there was a something that went wrong where after we were sat we had to wait another 40 minutes which was a bit aggravating. With that being said our cook Sean or Shawn was a very chill guy and an amazing cook and I really enjoyed eating there especially for my birthday (they give free cheesecake on your birthday) and overall the service was amazing, food was perfect, and the environment was upbeat and very enjoyable place to be.
Place is filthy number one. Second we had a reservation at 7. Called to seat us at 7:15 which is fairly reasonable. When we got to the hibachi they tried to squeeze us into an already full table. Literally couldn’t pull the chair out to sit in it. We ended up leaving. Have tried this place in the past and it wasn’t that good then either. Won’t be back.

Food was good but service was not. Our chef couldn't have wanted to be there less and it being hibachi, that was really a bummer.

I have been to several Mt Fujii locations, and I wasn't aware of the Parker location. It is one of the best locations I've been to. By far the largest with the most seating in the restaurant/ sushi area, and at the hibachi tables. I've never seen a wait here but I've seen it plenty busy. I have been here for lunch and dinner, and I've never left disappointed.

My family and I love Hibachi and this has been by far the best experience we have had at a restaurant. Service was amazing. Chef's from all tables were interacting with tables throughout the whole restaurant. We were constantly laughing and having a good time. Food was amazing, just all around amazing time.Kid-friendliness: My kids are already asking to go back.

My Fuji Sushi and Hibachi experience was delightful. Opting for the filet hibachi, the meal was not only delicious but also an entertaining culinary show. The chef's skills and flair added a fun element to the dining experience. The filet was cooked to perfection, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. A great choice for those seeking a tasty meal coupled with some hibachi entertainment.

What can I say. I usually go to Sakura in Aurora. I decided to drive to Parker to see what Mt. Fuji had to offer. Boy was I impressed. I ordered the Wagyu and lobster Hibachi plate. It was amazing!! Huge amount of food. Pricey but WELL worth it with the portions provided. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. I will definitely be back to fix my Hibachi craving next time
