Mugi Ramen and Poke

Long brown hair in the food from an online pickup. Called to get a refund- pretty dismissive response from them on the phone. They offered to come in for a replacement but a complete waste of my time.

Rice was cold and felt like it was old, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because they told me it was fresh. Not a good experience.

Turned on loud music, and when you place an order the seller doesn't hear anything.
The food was average, there were small bones in the gyoza.

I think it is unjustifiably expensive for such a service. the forks are plastic.

The toilet doesn't work, there's no water to wash your hands.

We ordered 4 bowls of ramen tonight, and the noodles are FREAKING ANGEL HAIR PASTA! What the heck?!

terrible tasting poke bowl. the sauce base used often affects how the entire bowl tastes, and their sauces are bitter. many many better options for poke around this area. fish was also not fresh and upset my stomach.

I have never eaten here so I can’t judge the food. The ladies were helpful. The reason I’m giving it a low rating is it smelt like bad sewage in there. Health regulations require a clean atmosphere you need to check your pipes. I was picking up an order for a customer and the smell was overbearing.it can make people question the cleanliness of food and preparation heads up

It was my first time here and the staff was so nice! The ramen was just right especially on a cooler day. I got the miso ramen and my husband got the spicy miso ramen. The gyoza’s were delicious and the soup dumplings were perfect. Plus they gave out complimentary ice cream. Will definitely be back!

The food was terrible, the smell of spoiled fish in the whole store, shocked by the service and the treatment to customers,I have not come across such a place yet ?????

Solid three star strip mall ramen, tonkotsu broth was creamy and good. Decent tender CharSiu. The ramen noodles were odd for me, very thin like angel hair but that’s just personal preference. Good chili oil, hot but not insane. The extremely friendly employees bump this place up to 4 stars.

Had the worst experience here. Would not recommend anyone go here. There was a strong language barrier with the lady at the front. I asked if I could do the shrimp tempura as the protein and she told me yes. She then proceeded to make my bowl and ask for the protein. I said shrimp tempura, she said “yes, long one.” I said yes. And she asked my protein again. I assumed they didn’t have it or she didn’t understand me so I went with chicken. When I go to checkout there is shrimp tempura on my ticket. I was confused because I thought they didn’t have any and she said it was an appetizer. I apologized and said oh sorry I didn’t want that. She said she already put it in so she can’t take it off my ticket. I told her my confusion and she said she already made it (even though it was not in front of me). I told her that I didn’t want it and I’m sorry and she would not take it off. She gave me a $2 discount. The food was awful I would never go back. Also hovered over me when filling out the tip.

This place is so good, best ramen in the Denver Metro area. Their broth is absolutely delicious. We love the coconut shrimp appetizer and their sweet and sour dipping sauce is so flavorful and delicious. I always get the tonkatsu ramen and it never fails to delight. I'm obsessed with this place! We're moving soon, so I was really happy to see they have a second location in Edgewater, as well.
