First time at a noodles and Company location they had lots of cool options. They also had a deal which was awesome. We were able to get dinner for everybody and our food came fairly quickly and was very hot. The chicken soup needed a little bit of salt and pepper but once you doctored it up, it was absolutely delicious and was steaming hot when we got it we all got different noodle dishes. The garlic with the bacon and chicken was really good. The buffalo chicken was really good. The Korean barbecue mac & cheese was delicious and the Bogi mac & cheese was very good. The steamed broccoli with Parmesan was really tasty too. It was nice and crisp and a few squeeze the lemon on it. It made it even better 10 out of 10. Recommend the prices aren’t bad and the portions are good didn’t use the bathroom, but they did have bathrooms and there was plenty of parking. Location was clean. Staff was nice.

I Door Dashed my Pad Thai from thw Parker location and the noodles were not cooked whatsoever. On top of that, there was barely any sauce (all on bottom for what there was) and there were slim to none veggies. I will never go back to this location again, especially if it's through a delivery service where I can't see my order first hand. I'm very disappointed with my order and the staff who thought this was okay to deliver to someone.

Never really thought much about this place, but the meal really was fantastic. Customer service was great, food came out super quick, and it was very tasty. It was a tad bit pricey, but so is everything these days. Overall, would recommend others try it out.

I will not be coming back, and I highly suggest anyone reading this review to do the same. I've had several bad experiences here, but every few months I've given this location another shot because I love Noodles & Co. Unfortunately, on this visit I found a bug in my food. Last time, it was hair. Instead of bringing this up with the staff like I had in the past, I just threw my food away and walked out. Given my past experiences, the staff could care less and would rather make any excuse under the sun than correct it. Not only are the staff rude, but the environment regularly not clean, and now the food is unsanitary. I thought it was a fluke the first two times hair was discovered in my meals. Clearly, this happens far more often than it should if it's happening to me nearly every visit.

I've always loved Noodles & Co. and from personal experience of their Southlands location, they have always been consistently good. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience with this Parker location. I order the same thing everytime.. Pesto Cavatappi with Parmesan breaded Chicken... and unfortunately it's been so inconsistent here that their is always something wrong that ruins the dish. Either chicken is too salty, or noodles are undercooked, or the mushrooms and tomatoes are undercooked becuase they are cut so large.. I've given this location four attempts, always hoping it's going to get better but today on my 4th attempt of eating here, it solidified that the quality is not there. I ordered my same dish and recieved undercooked hard noodles, no mushrooms, and salty burnt chicken. Today was my final attempt eating here. I really did give it as many chances as possible because I love N&C but from my experience, this location is just not worth it.

Food poorly prepared and missing key ingredients. Not even what I ordered at this point with how much was missing from a basic order. Rude staff and poor service when I politely approached them about the wrong order. Would not recommend this location - have had similar experiences a few times now here.

Good food. Great service. Need to take some time to clean booths, floors, windows, and soda area between guests. This is the nicest Noodles I've been to in a long time. But needs help to make it the best!

Shrimp scampi came with no shrimp. How is that even possible not like we ordered something special. If your going to charge $30 for two bowls of pasta and demand a tip you better check the order.

i ordered a pad thai with no protein but there was shrimp in my bowl. there was also no lime or cilantro. i had a mac and cheese in the order as well but most of the noodles were burnt and there was barely any butter or parmesan on the buttered noodles we had ordered. very disappointed that we couldnt really eat our food. won’t be visiting this location again.
