I'm a huge noodles and company fan. I spent two years as a shift manager for this company. I'm so confused how the quality could be this bad when I know the usual quality of these dishes. Here are Japanese pan noodles, usually brown in color from sauce. The noodles are extremely overcooked and I find that odd because they replaced the standard boiling water with noodle cooking machines that do it for you. How does this even happen? Waste of money :(
Edit- based on the reviews it seems this location could use a lot of help. I hope an area manager takes these reviews seriously.

I haven’t been in a while. The penne Rosa is make with rigatoni or something now. I guess is rigatoni Rosa now? With cherry tomatoes in the sauce…. Fantastic if pivot. It was delicious

Would gove 0 if I could. Lobby was disgusting, soda machine doesn't work and nobody new how to fix it. Nobody knew how to refund my drink since soda machine didn't work. Complete lack of management and looks like all high school aged kids running the place. Watched 3 of them stand while waiting for food while every table was dirty won't be back to this location.

Our GrubHub order arrived on time, but the chicken in the alfredo dish was burned. I cannot believe they would serve that quality of food. Sure it's fast food and I get that but it should be edible. Very disappointed.

Ordered 3 dishes. All had other noodles and ingredients sprinkled in not supposed to be there. Plate was dirty. Staff was not interested. Really weird unidentifiable thing in my food (rubbery and spotted). Food was cold. Just all bad.

I ordered online Chicken noodles soup with CHICKEN ! there wasn't a single piece of chicken ☹️ I noticed when I start to eat , there is only noodles and some carrots and that’s it😐

My noodles were sticky. And chewing it, was like raw dough. Wouldn't go back. My dinner mates didn't eat their dinner either.

They have removed the Mont Amore from the menu. The chicken parmesan dish was over-microwaved so much that the noodles were crunchy all around the edges. The sauce was awful. The children's mac and cheese tasted metallic. There was food and paper on the floor around every table while two employees were scrolling on their phones. The food no longer tastes fresh, but rather microwaved subpar quality ingredients. It was dirty on the floor and around the beverage station. Will never go back.

I went to school with the Reddy brothers, and Noodles has always been a staple in my life. Every time I’ve gone to this location, my pickup orders are either cold or the wrong order entirely. Tonight I got Mac n cheese with tofu, and the shredded cheese wasn’t even melted. The entire dish was cold, and I wasn’t going somewhere with a microwave. I’d say maybe one of four employees ive spoken to here was nice to me. Please do better.

I pick up 4 orders on 12/29 at 9:30 PM.The Leanguini Rosa portion is very small. It looks like a kid meal when I pay for an Adult meal.The Pad Thai was very dry. It looks like there wasn’t any sauce.The other meals, Penne Rosa and Spaghetti/Meat balls has very limited meat portion. It looks like they ran out of meat at night

Always dirty. Trash needed taken out, tables wiped down and chairs pushed in. The staff was working hard, hard on pickup orders while people folks in the dining room waited 30 minutes for their order. I don't go here much, because when I do, it's like this. Just doesn't seem to get better.
