I pick up 4 orders on 12/29 at 9:30 PM.The Leanguini Rosa portion is very small. It looks like a kid meal when I pay for an Adult meal.The Pad Thai was very dry. It looks like there wasn’t any sauce.The other meals, Penne Rosa and Spaghetti/Meat balls has very limited meat portion. It looks like they ran out of meat at night

Always dirty. Trash needed taken out, tables wiped down and chairs pushed in. The staff was working hard, hard on pickup orders while people folks in the dining room waited 30 minutes for their order. I don't go here much, because when I do, it's like this. Just doesn't seem to get better.

This is my second time here this year and I now remember why it was only the 1 time previous to this one this year. The service is just awful, nobody is friendly, nobody cares, there is simply no service. The last time, my order was forgotten and I had to wait and wait and wait, not even an apology. This time it was actually ready in time, but it was missing the kids meal Crispy bar (that is the highlight of my kid's meal!). I guess if we have to go to Noodles and Company, we will stick with the one on the other side of Parker, which is a shame because this one is a lot more convenient for us.

Ordered buttered noodles on the app to go only to receive cooked noodles. No butter. No seasoning. No parmesan. Nothing. Literally just cooked noodles.

I love noodles & company for nights when I need something quick. But I’m reviewing for the kindness of their staff. I had a really awful day, and this note from Lexi was such a bright spot. Lexi, I am so grateful for this small gesture that meant so much. ❤️

If the GM were not stuck in her old ways, the restaurant would flourish in her area.I was never asked if I was within the noodles rewards. I was rushed with my ordering.Edit: the noodles team did follow up. Hopefully things get better.

This is the 4th time I've had this problem. They are closing early and then the quality of food is just awful. I have Burt pieces in my food and it taste awful. This is ridiculous.

Love me some noodles! They are my favorite chain for noodley things. The location is a little small when the patio isn’t in use, but I enjoy the food pretty well and everyone I have been in contact with has been great.Parking: Not a huge lot but I don’t think I’ve seen it full, so I’m thinking it’s just enough!
