Took them 20 minutes to fill a coffee order when I walked up with no line, saw many people walk out ahead of me with food orders that they seem to prioritize. Don’t come here if you don’t have extra time on your hands. If you have all the time in the world, this is the place for you.

I really want to like this cafe but...
It's overpriced.
Many of their menu items are stale or just don't taste good.

The pastries are incredible, and during peak times the service is ghastly. I got the wrong coffee order twice in a row, the manager was very apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free pastry, but on the third try for a Frappuccino made correctly when the barista handed me a cup of plain black coffee I gave up. Manager tried so hard but the wait was just too much.

The pastries and coffee are always great! Sometimes the pastries are a bit pricey, but the flavor and designs are worth it.

I got the pizzetta and a couple pastries from here and they were really good. The people working there are very nice and welcoming.

This place has absolutely fantastic pastries and cakes! It’s a chain bakery instead of a local bakery, but that aside it’s very good. The prices are a bit high for most items, but past that everything is excellent and I appreciate the attention to detail. An easy recommendation if you’re in the area.
Parking: There is a free lot, but it’s right next to Trader Joe’s and a Costco so it’s often packed. More than likely you’ll find a space, but it most likely won’t be right next to the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is on the first floor no stairs. There are handicapped spaces, but they’re often filled as the lot is frequently packed given how Trader Joe’s is next door.

I have been coming to Paris Baguette as soon as they opened, and they have not gone downhill! They always have great pastries, and their coffee is delicious. I just wish they knew how to make more coffee drinks other than latte and machiaotto.
I also appreciate the real flowers and how clean it always is.

Food is good here however you have to literally go there to get it because if you order it it somehow magically gets canceled every time and then if you tried to call them, it rings once and then says goodbye. You guys have horrible customer service not to mention, I’ve tried to order from you guys multiple times because I can’t just come in with my child whenever I want to. You guys shouldn’t have the option to have delivery if you’re going to cancel it every single time that I order something. I even tried ordering it the day before hand and like an hour before it was supposed to get here you guys canceled it. Honestly, at this point, I don’t care how good your guys pastries are if you guys are gonna be this rude to your customers or just straight up not even try to fix anything for them or even answer them then I will never ever spend my money at your place ever again, and I will tell everyone to never come there because you guys have horrible customer service.

Food was fine, service was pretty terrible- they have no sense of customer service. Cashier was very unwelcoming and unhelpful in how she talked to us. Also we ordered coffee and waited over 20 minutes for it. We checked on it three times and on the third time they said someone took it and “it happens” there was no “I’m sorry” or “let me remake that for you right now” someone else actually had to step in and make it instead. The whole coffee setup was really bad- there was about 5 coffees just sitting on the counter at all times and they called for people only once before leaving it there. It’s already loud from the crowds so I would expect more effort from the employees to get them their coffee as that is the only thing they personally serve to you. I’ve been to other PB locations and I don’t remember it being this bad.

Terrible customer service. If you are planning on getting coffee be sure to get there 3+ hours before close as their machines are always closed and cannot severe any coffee (cold or hot).
I went into Paris Baguette for the first time today, 9/23/24. I got 4 Mochi donuts, 1 twisted donut, 1 ham&cheese croissant & a small iced caramel macchiato for $40! I live 30 minutes away so when I opened the box when I got home, I noticed this weird looking bug crawling all over my pastries! I called the store right away to ask for a refund to which the “supervisor” or so she says, tells me I need to go in the store with my pastries to get a refund. I asked if there’s any way I can do it over the phone since I live half an hour away. She tells me she’s going to put me on hold for a second then the phone hangs up. I call back thinking it was just a mistake and the phone rings for a minute then sends me to an automated message saying “goodbye”. Needless to say they are very unprofessional. I am disgusted and highly dissatisfied with my experience, my first time here will definitely be my last.
