My order, when received, was incomplete. Both my garlic knots and my mozzarella sticks were missing their marinara dipping sauces. We called right away and were greeted by a girl who sounded like she couldn't care less that a customer was unhappy. She said she'd get a driver out with our sauce "in the next 30 minutes."
