I remember when Pizza Hut was the bomb. Not so much these days. Staff was friendly. Food was ok. The restaurant is in need of an update. There was one guy sitting in the restaurant but I didn't see him eating. He could have been waiting for an order. If that was the case, then no one was eating there. Back to needing an update.... nevermind. Just tear it down and build a modern Pizza Hut. I will not touch the bathroom...you know why.

When I went in the young lady that helped me was so nice and helpful, it was a delicious looking pizza and came out in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent which is very rare nowadays, most places you deal with machines to order jaela made our whole experience great. We will definitely be ordering from here more often. Thanks

We ordered pizza for my family to watch football this afternoon. My husband went and picked it up and came home quite quickly. We immediately started to eat. After my husband took a bite. He said that it was raw. I tried my pizza and low and behold IT WAS RAW AND GUMMY. I thought no worries I'll call they can remake and we can get it done. The gentleman who answered the phone said that because we had already taken pieces from the pizza the next step would be to put it in our own oven as we had already taken bites from the food. I asked for the manager and he put me on hold.. here's where it's funny. I hung up and the man who called my phone back sounded identical to the man who said he was not a manager, but yhen identified himself as MILES. He then said what can I do for you. At that point I was already in the car on my way to take the pizza back. I told him the gentleman was rude and I would discuss it when I got there.
When I walked in, there were only 2 guys working. When I asked him where the gentleman was that answered the phone he said he sent him home. Doesn't make sense as it's very busy and shouldn't be sending anyone home during a lunch rush. Fishy story, fishy service... not quite sure what the purpose of lying is but this is by far the most ridiculous location I have ever been to. I have never felt more frustrated with a pizza joint in my life. I will be contacting corporate to establish who the GM or Region Manager is.. or if it is in fact a franchise.. I need to know that customer service is a thing of the past and a simple pizza order can be executed without incident.

There are literally no words to describe how awful the service is this place is. My order was scheduled for 545 pick up. At 645, the manager finally came out and offered to make a different order. Then they forgot to make that order. At 720, they realized they did have my order and asked me to take the cold, sitting for 1.5 hours pizzas.
The floor is so sticky and dirty my feet almost came out of my shoes they were so stuck to the floor.

Horrible experience. Don’t even know why they say they do dine in when they can’t even offer a glass of water. Don’t get service, have to order at the counter which isn’t that big of a deal, but you’re basically ordering to go then staying there. They were missing a bunch of ingredients - didn’t have tomatoes for our salad or pizza. Literally shocked to not even be able to get a cup of water. Didn’t have bottled water either, so we had to buy a 2 liter of sprite and sit down with our 1 year old to eat our $45 mediocre, poorly-cooked meal. Not to mention how filthyyyy this place is. The floors and doors/walls are so caked with dirt it looks sticky. We were open to dining here despite the reviews, but the experience was worse than expected. Will not be returning or ordering for to go or delivery. Over priced and poor quality. Go to a local spot instead and actually enjoy your meal with a water

I used to dine here as a kid in the 90s. I love that it still looks the same inside and out. The pizza was right out of the oven and was perfect. Thanks yall!

It's dirty. I know and understand that it's very possibly a 40 year old building because I remember the old Pizza Hut restaurants that were a treat to go sit in and have dinner. But this one is just unkept and smells. Maybe they're just nose blind to it but it could use a solid two days off and cleaned.
Food.... the crust on both of our pizzas was dry and crumbling. Not sure why.
