Ordered on the Pizza Hut website, to my surprise my food was then being delivered by Door Dash, not Pizza Hut, and was slightly warm at best when it got to my house. Pizza was also scrambled up in the box due to how the delivery woman was carrying it. I Called the store and explained how the food was delivered and was offered a new pizza or a small credit. Also, the woman who delivered my food was not the individual in the automated text I received regarding the delivery.
Dine in is closed. I carried out two pizzas and an order of breadsticks. Everything was correct. My only issue is I don’t think they proofed the pan pizza enough. It was pretty thin. Other than that everything was great, toppings were plentiful, and the CSR had me verify my order before I left. I’d eat here again.
This Pizza Hut didn't have a delivery driver so they went through door dash, that delivery driver refused to deliver my food to my door and told me to come get it from him. When I got my food the driver said "sorry, I don't do stairs and if I have to one flight is my limit."(no he was not elderly or handicapped). Such awful service and my food was so cold.
