Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I'm sad to say this was the worst chicken I have ever eaten. I have been a lifelong fan and cannot believe what happened here. The inside was closed due to "staffing issues" so used the drive through. All 4 chicken pieces seemed to have been fried all day. Picture is a theigh. Extremely dry to the point the meat was shriveled up under the crust. Pieces were miniscule. Fries were soggy and cold.

Really wish theyd find a speedier process when in drive thru.

They were a little backed up and so there was a wait to get our food. But the gentleman that took care of our order was polite, and did everything he could to make sure we had our food in a timely manner when we finally got to the window. 10/10 would get food from here again.

They cooked our order fresh! We had to wait just a little extra but well worth the wait.

This place runs out of chicken .. How is that possible when they only sell chicken.... They never have any staff to run the lobby.. and to top of off when you get the actual chance to buy any chicken it's old and not to temp .. if you want to get sick or not get any chicken this is the place to be!

This place is very SLOW! Waited for 45 mins for my order! If you go here, just make sure you budget for an hour. No joke!

They are extremely slow! It took me 30 minutes to place my order inside. I ordered Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

Terrible service and the part of the kitchen I could see was very dirty! But the worst thing I saw was an employee came into the bathroom just as I was finishing up and he did NOT wash his hands before returning to his work! Needless to say...I left after that without ordering any food!

Staff was great. I wish the biscuits were better, they were much harder than I have had in the past at numerous other locations. I like their chicken, I love their biscuits.

I asked my husband to grab some dinner at Popeyes as I was in the mood for their chicken. If I wasn't at home with a hurt knee I would have driven all the back there myself to show them the discussing thin breaded skin strips they call chicken tenders. It was so thin like as if they fried breaded chicken skin. The texture was so rubbery that you can pull it and it went back to its firm. So that tells me that it's been sitting under hearing laps for a long time according to its condition. That was my husband's dish. He also asked for red beens and rice as his side but got mac n' cheese. I asked for spicy chicken breast and I got mild thighs.... This was an unfortunate experience and it killed it for us to ever visit Popeyes ever again. I know it's fast food but still they should have a standard of good quality to serve people. Our food went into the trash or should is say our money. We lost out in dinner tonight.

Food is good. They work short handed. But I don't know who chooses what they watch in the lobby. Jerry Springer really??

It was good chicken. Flavor was nice and service was good.

Serves cold fries, even during lunch rush. Chicken is great though. Different experience every time you go
