It’s very difficult to find any kind of gluten free pastry forget about good gluten free pastry. This place is the best gluten free cake we’ve had in Denver. Frankly probably the best we’ve had anywhere. Ordering and pick up was easy and hassle free. Great place.

I’ve got my daughters bday cake here each year and not matter what I ask for they make it happen, and for a very reasonable price. I truly can’t say how grateful I am that Posh Cakes took my super last minute cake order! Another bakery offered to take our cake order but when we got to the business, we were told they couldn’t take it, despite being told they would be able to. I was in tears. I spoke with the sweetest person named Madison, she was so kind and sweet and helped with making my kiddos cake wish come true! And to top it off, it was delicious! Twinkle sprinkle was the flavor! Posh Cakes has our business for life! Thank you, thank you again!

My Mom ordered a beautiful mermaid twinkle sprinkle cake for my birthday. The decoration was beautiful! The white chocolate mousse layers didn’t have any taste - no white chocolate, no sweetness, no flavor. The most disappointing thing about the cake was the frosting. The cake I got last year had buttercream frosting, so I expected the same this year. Instead, there was a disgusting layer of either butter crisco or lard with powdered sugar frosting on the roof of my mouth with every bite. It made me sick after trying to eat one slice. I even tried the cupcakes and they, too, have buttercream frosting crisco or lard frosting. My family wouldn’t even eat the cake or cupcakes. We did last year as those had buttercream frosting and were delicious! What happened to the buttercream frosting? My Mom spent $70 on this cake and it would be nice to have it refunded. I feel terrible that she spent money on crisco or lard. Now, we have to find a new bakery, which is sad because Posh has the most beautiful decorations.

The entire bakery smelled fantastic, and everything in the cases also looked delicious. We bought a blueberry lemon loaf on the spot when picking up the pies, and it was SO GOOD. I'm bummed I live 45 minutes away, but I'll be back.
