I'd heard about Poulette and finally decided to visit. I went in close to noon on Good Friday, just a few minutes after leaving the health club. A good workout of the body before the workout of the eyes and imagination, looking at the bakery goods that were available. I chose the Choux Crown cake. I'm a single guy, so get something that should last through Easter weekend. The cake was lucky to survive the 10-minute drive to my home. I waited til I got home, broke off one of the six macarons. Wow! The crème concealed a fruit filling that massaged my tastebuds. Ok. I'm getting too gushy being in review mode. Bottom line, it was amazing, and I can't wait to finish. Glad I live alone. No sharing required. So my advice is, go to Poulette and get something great!

Poulette deserves all the recognition. Not only was it truly delicious (breakfast pastries, macarons, and a beautiful lemon meringue bouche for Christmas), but it was such an easy experience using the preordering system. Service is very friendly and accommodating, and we just can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend as the best bakery we’ve been to in Colorado!

I just happened to see Poulette’s bakery this morning while driving through the parking. I noticed several people going in and out of their door. So I wanted to see what the big buzz was all about. I’m so thankful that I stopped. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful telling me all about the different types of items they have. I wanted something savory so they recommended the hatch green chili scone. I asked them if they heated up for me and they said absolutely. It was delicious! Everything there looks amazing! Even the customers were recommending their favorites. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m here visiting my son. Thank you so much to the lady that I spoke to before I left the bakery. I truly appreciated your kindness. It is so evident that all of the employees that work there are proud to be part of that bakery.

We LOVE Poulette!! We first started going for the savory items (the green chile scones are a household favorite) but this place has changed our family into sweet pastry fans. We’ve never been sweets people but now I realize I just never had desserts or pastries that were truly delicious like Poulette’s. Like I thought I knew what something as simple as caramel and whipped cream tasted like… but then I had Poulette’s and realized my whole sweets life was a lie. Now I can never have the basic stuff again. Poulette has changed our family for the better :) the staff and owners are always friendly to us, they recognize us and give us that small cozy welcoming vibe, and they are so thoughtful to always double check our little one doesn’t have an allergy to an ingredient. We recommend this place to all our friends, and we bring boxes of goodies to my husband’s family in NM because it’s just that damn good that it needs to be shared!
