QDOBA Mexican Eats

The two teenagers that help me they were stressed, they were kinda rude, the female teen was making a huge mess on wrapping the burritos, they didn't have shells for bowls, the chips super salty and and rhey taste like old chips, first time I had a really bad experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Qdoba due to poor employee conduct. The staff member didn’t change gloves after handling the register, then directly touched cheese and lettuce with those same gloves, which is unhygienic. Despite using a spoon for some portions, they used their hands for others, and the portions were noticeably skimpy. I ordered a taco bowl but received no taco shell, showing a lack of attention to my request. Additionally, the employee was leaning on counters and using their phone while wearing gloves, which was unprofessional and gross. This location needs to prioritize hygiene and customer service.

Google has the store hours until 11 pm- we just got turned away at 9:15! They locked the doors and then the employee came up and told us to leave.

Absolutely ridiculous! Don't post your hours if you're not going to abide by them!

Even though they were super busy, my food was made quickly all while maintaining exceptional food quality and great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Hayden, Ella, Andrew, and Arthur were so freaking dope. 100% coming here again. Gotta try their breakfast as well. This is the absolute spot

This is the last time I will be coming to this location again with my family, everytime I come here for dinner or lunch they give me less than what I payed for and quality, like what are rationing around here, management has to get on these kids, aswell as product. In my meal, I had guacamole that was way past its good date. This is a warning to anyone else in Parker. Do not come here unless you want expired food.

Fully staffed restaurant moving :30 mins through a 10 person deep line while 4 people stare at each other in an assembly line to fulfill online orders. Figure it out. 2 ppl serve the people who spent their time to come here and 2 for to go. Boom. Hire me and I’ll manage real quick 😂. What a joke!

Food was pretty good and fresh so if you’re more patient then you’ll get a good meal and be asked for a tip at checkout for you patience and wait for the same priced meal as the folks who ordered takeout.

Was first time going to this location and it was decent looking. A little short on the conversations when ordering. Honestly, I was very disappointed though as I didn't notice the chicken was burnt black. Didn't get my receipt, so I guess that's on me**** Changed to 4 stars as Qdoba offered to make things right and didn't just say some lame sorry.
