Went here tonight to get some food, and for some reason the skinny person with the 1776 tattoo had some type of attitude, kept making silly remarks and just was not good at customer service at all. If this person is working I DO NOT recommend coming here. There is a chipotle real close and other options for food. I will not be coming back

The two teenagers that help me they were stressed, they were kinda rude, the female teen was making a huge mess on wrapping the burritos, they didn't have shells for bowls, the chips super salty and and rhey taste like old chips, first time I had a really bad experience.
I had a disappointing experience at Qdoba due to poor employee conduct. The staff member didn’t change gloves after handling the register, then directly touched cheese and lettuce with those same gloves, which is unhygienic. Despite using a spoon for some portions, they used their hands for others, and the portions were noticeably skimpy. I ordered a taco bowl but received no taco shell, showing a lack of attention to my request. Additionally, the employee was leaning on counters and using their phone while wearing gloves, which was unprofessional and gross. This location needs to prioritize hygiene and customer service.
Google has the store hours until 11 pm- we just got turned away at 9:15! They locked the doors and then the employee came up and told us to leave.
Absolutely ridiculous! Don't post your hours if you're not going to abide by them!
Even though they were super busy, my food was made quickly all while maintaining exceptional food quality and great customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone!
