I BOUGHT A LOT OF FOODS HERE UNDER 5NAMES AND LEFT LIKE 3OF THE BOX IN THERE AND I CALLED AND A MANAGER PICKED UP THE PHONE, I EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED I FORGOT HIS NAME BUT HE SAID IF NOBODY PUCK UP THE FOODS THEY’LL TOSSED IT IN THE TRASH AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD COMPENSATE ME THE 3MEALS OF THE BOX. I CAME AND EXPLAINED TO ZACH THE MANAGER TODAY AND HE SAID THERE’S NO NAME UNDER ME OR ANY OTHER ELSE THAT IVE MENTIONED AND LEAVE IT AS IS. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED TO THIS BRANCH IN PARKER. SOME STAFFS ARE VERY RUDE AND THINK THAT THEY OWN THE RESTAURANT!

I’m a retired military veteran of 22 years of service. I took my wife and 2 grandkids to eat at this facility. After the employee finished taking my order I asked if they offer military discount. She said yes, but she finished charging my order and I paid. Then she said that she forgot to apply the discount. My wife requested that she correct the order and the employee and the other female make comments that I needed the $1.25 back and the other lady said that my economy needs to be that bad. To begin with the discount was $5.72. If you get upset when a military member asked if you offer a discount for us, then do not offer the discount or please have employees that value what military members sacrifice for you to enjoy your freedom. 😡How disrespectful both were to my family and I. Please avoid this facility at all cost 🙏🙏🙏

This specific location is the ideal model of the perfect cane’s service. Consistent food, service, and order accuracy. Fresh every time and friendly service, would recommend to anyone looking for some good chicken tenders and fries.
