Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our experience at the Parker Red Robin location was less than desirable. We joined the waitlist on our way for a party of 6, and the system said the estimated wait time was about 10 min. When we checked in at the host stand, they told us it would be a 30 min wait. There was 1 other family of 4 waiting, and lots of open tables. When we were finally seated we ordered drinks. My daughter ordered their new Tropical Dragonfruit Sparkler, that was supposed to be club soda with dragonfruit, sweet and sour, and pineapple, with pineapple and mint leaves garnish. What the server brought us was the sunset lemonade. When we let him know it was not the correct drink, and pointed out the difference on the menu, he told us it was right and walked away. We ordered the drink we wanted again on the pad. We didn’t see him again until he brought out our food about 10 min later, and we had to ask him to bring out the new drink. He went to grab it, and brought the same sunset lemonade. I’m not sure if they was a bartender issue. Maybe they just didn’t know how to make the new Dragonfruit drink, but we tasted the drink they brought out, and it was NOT dragonfruit, and it did NOT have club soda in it. It tasted like it was all pineapple juice with some grenadine in it. I don’t know what they were making, but it was definitely not the correct drink. The food was mediocre. We ordered 2 burgers pink, and they were well done. The fries were bland. Our server never checked in on us. He took our order, and disappeared until the food came out. Not sure what’s going on with staff and management here currently because we’ve had great experiences here in the past. Bottom line, don’t trust the waitlist times if you check in ahead of time, maybe check out a different Red Robin location, or another restaurant.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an experience I had at your Red Robin location. During my visit, a waitress asked to check my ID twice because she thinks that was fake, despite having already verified it once. It was clear from her behavior and the way she looked at me that this additional check was not based on policy, but on an assumption about my ethnicity. As a Mexican individual, I felt racially profiled and disrespected.

This experience was upsetting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expect to be treated with the same dignity and respect as any other customer, and this incident made me feel singled out and discriminated against. I am extremely disappointed that this occurred at your establishment.

I hope this matter is taken seriously so that no other customer has to experience this type of treatment in the future

Haven’t been to a Red Robin in years and this experience exceeded my expectations. Seated right away, excellent service, food was quick and cooked perfectly.

You guys need to fire that girl Angie the manager, she has the worst attitude and likes to curse at customers.

Not worth it. Paid 20 bucks for a little burger. Was expecting it to be alot bigger for the price.

Had to wait for over 15 minutes to where finally had to get up and try and find someone and kept standing up front till an employee who walked in to start their shift finally went to find the manager. Once stated the issue the employee decided to argue back over the manager saying he was in the bathroom the whole time. Manager was a waste of time could not even say anything. Another case of the service industry going to crap.

Red Robin has become my new guilty pleasure. The Red’s double tavern burger deal is so delicious and affordable it’s hard for me not to come here once a week. The severs are always pleasant. Tonight I was seated in Aaron and Trevor’s section. They were a great team and were more than willing to help each other. It was refreshing to see.

Old and tired location. Service is very slow. Fries are warm-ish. Food is not what it used to be.
