Ordered online for pickup and was pleasantly surprised when they noted our order would be available for pick up in about 15 minutes. I did arrive about 2 minutes early and went in to let them know I was there. At that time our burger, fries and pizza were ready and waiting for pick up, and they were just waiting on a salad. Unfortunately, the salad took almost 10 additional minutes and therefore when we walked out our hot food was certainly no longer hot, and we still had to get our meals home. When I questioned if our hot food was even still hot, they looked at me as if to say "why would I even ask such a question?" Our burger and fries were in the bag and the pizza was placed on a cold counter in the front lobby - would have been better to at least keep the hot food under a heat lamp until our salad was ready. While I do not expect the food to be as hot in a takeout order as compared to in the restaurant dining, I was there on time to ensure our order was not just sitting around getting cold and yes, we would have reheated regardless had this order been ready when I arrived, and they were not that busy as compared to what I have seen in the past. My main issue is that when ordering online, you are expected to pay, AND TIP, when the order is placed. We did tip 20% for this take out order as we like to take care of the people that take care of us and also, I guess, to ensure no one spits in our food because of a bad tip, but as in this case, I felt I really had no recourse other than to just walk out and accept what we were given. With the prices of restaurant dining these days, the financial struggles many are experiencing, and the current tip EXPECTATION placed on customers, I would strongly recommend doing the best you can to give your customer the best experience possible. Or at least ensure your customer is waiting on the hot food, not on an item that can be eaten cold. Otherwise, no complaints with the food. Not sure I will return, or at least will not do take out, as for what this experience cost and given a choice - go to Chili's - better food, better service at a better cost, and a quicker drive home.

Came in when it was empty so servers had nothing else to do and still didn’t attend to us

Unsurprising that this place is so empty management doesn’t care for servicing people. The Red Robin in Arapahoe crossings is better

I love this location! Mike (bartender) is very personable and provides excellent service every time. Great deals between weekly deals and happy hour, so I love going at least once a week!

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, coming from someone with an ASD toddler, my kid does well dining in here compared to other places.

Bad experience. Waiter didn't take our order until we had been seated over 10 minutes. Wrong food came out, when corrected the burger was dry and not good. Waiter never came back to check on us, no refills offered, had to seek help from another waitress.

Haven't been in a while but shocked at the prices, no unlimited fries anymore and very few fries with the meal. Burger was good. Back in the day this place was the place to be but I didn't see that this time.

How was Red Robin? Y'know what? I liked it. The burger was well prepared and served hot. The endless fries were endless and crisp. The bun was kind of a throwback to simpler days, but I liked it. Service was attentive and prompt. Pay at the table meant the meal was over when we said it was.

Kid-friendliness: Brought the fries as soon as we sat down. Kids didn't have a chance to start whining. :-)

How are you a burger place and you can't make a medium rare burger. This a DEI hire place? Because I'm not sure every employee was legal either. 3 days and I'll call ICE. They'll figure it out.

Alright, let's be honest... I've been to this RR at least 100 times over the 10+ years I have lived in Parker. It may not be a 5 star dining location, but that is not what we go for... I always get consistent service and consistency in the menu. Tonight, we had a couple of hiccups in our experience and I have to tell you, the response was ABSOLUTELY 5 star. The server to the GM handled everything with grace. Thanks guys!!!

I love the food and this was the first time I ever had a bad experience. We ordered our food to be well done...it wasn't, sent it back but got it back the same way. A little disappointed but usually always good.
