Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

every time I come here the employees are extremely rude that’s all I gotta say do better

I came here with my brother in law and his fiancée on a weekday evening. The custard ice cream was creamy and delicious, and the service was fast.

I remember the staff being polite and friendly too.

We didn’t stay for long because it was late, but the space was clean and not at all crowded.

As delicious as always but the seating is abysmal. There are 2 small tables and 4 chairs inside. There’s 1 table outside and no respite from the sun as the establishment faces west and receives an inordinate amount of heat. Please add an umbrella.

We first tried Rita’s at SeaWorld San Diego and instantly fell in love! When we found out there’s a location here in Colorado, we were so excited — and it’s just as amazing. The flavors taste super fresh (the peach flavor was incredible and tasted like real fruit, not artificial at all). You can tell they use quality ingredients. A perfect spot for a refreshing treat!

Bad service. The ice cream is good but the customer service was horrible they were slow, didn’t tell us anything was ready, and left it there on the counter to melt before giving it to us.

Me/wife were told about this place, it was a amazing place to get ice cream!

It is clear from this location that they don’t really get too many minority customers, and from the service that I received and the Italian ice being very overhyped I would never come back to this location.

The only water ice restaurant we will ever go to. It's incredible! Drove over an hour because it was so delicious!!

CUSTARD HAPPINESS! Yes we loved Rita’s! The menu is full of options but we got the soft serve mixed with toppings(concrete) and Italian ice with soft serve on top, can’t go wrong with either of those! Clean atmosphere and service was top notch! We will be frequent visitors! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

We love Rita’s- we drive all the way from Denver since it’s the only one in the area. The store is clean, Italian ice and custard always amazing. The owner and employees are always super friendly. If you haven’t tried it stop by! Even in the winter it is well worth it.

The owner/ manager picked up the scooper from the hand washing station and started scooping Italian ice. THE HAND WASHING SINK. He had a rude attitude and rolled his eyes when asked him not to use the scoop he took out of the hand washing sink.

The only redeeming quality about this Rita’s is the girl who was working the later shift on 8/17. Very sweet. Love the ice and dessert.
The other girl? Awful. Scoffing at my boyfriend and I for not tipping? I’m sorry. Was it that hard for you to get a spatula and scoop a kiddie ice? Sweetie needs a reality check. It’s unfortunate that 90% of the employees here are stuck up and have no sense of proper customer service.
