I’ve noticed as they started getting busier the quality went down. I never add salt to my takeout and every time I get the asada now I have to add salt. However the Birria tacos and chicken tacos are insanely good

The food truck shares a parking lot with Advanced Auto Parts on the corner of Jordan and Lincoln, at the King Soopers shopping block.
I am sad I did not try this taco truck sooner! I love it here. They have lengua tacos which are my favorite and they were so so good. Will absolutely be returning!
