What a great little sushi and japanese cuisine restaurant. The sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh. The spicey edamame is a must-have. The server was super polite. I can't believe this is the first time we've eaten here after living in Parker for 15 years! High recommended!!

Our first time at this Shoyu, since the one at Hampden & Tower closed. We love the robust and affordable menu.Always quality and good portions, plus pleasant staff.
I ordered take out the other day and my order got confused with another. I didn't get what I expected. I called and got voice mail. They called me back and delivered my order right away with no extra charge. Fantastic customer service. The yellow tail sashimi was delicious and the Crazy Tuna roll was awesome. Love this place.

We ordered online and picked up in the store. Welcomed us right when we walked in and order was ready when stated. Delicious sushi and apps! We tried the batman roll which was just the right amount of spice. So good. My daughter loved the cream cheese ragoons. AAC is also one of my favorite rolls. Will definitely be back. Location is great since we live less than a mile away!

I ate her for the first time tonight on a whim. The gyoza have the most tender wrappers. The sushi and the service were both excellent. I'll be back!

On 12/15/23 at 5pm, I ordered pickup through their preferred online ordering system and chose three rolls and the Japanese Fried Chicken. Initially, it said it was going to be ready in 15-20 minutes. After ordering, I received a text stating that it would be ready in 55 minutes. I never received a text stating that my order was ready, so I headed over arriving about an hour after ordering.Unfortunately, my order appeared to have been sitting there for quite some time as the rice was slightly soggy and the chicken was kind of cold. Even though it was disappointing to be mislead about the pickup time, we will be coming back to try this place again. We could tell the food had potential if it was served as intended. My request is to just let customers know when their orders are ready for pickup.
