People with disabilities requiring Service Dogs are told they have to sit in the patio area as quoted by management. Management stated, “I’m pretty sure that’s the rules bro.” This manager went on and stated that it is a corporate policy. So it appears corporate policy supersedes the American Disability Act of 1990 and is invalid with this business. After being humiliated and embarrassed in front of about 20 people I walked out. While standing outside deciding where to eat, this same manager came out and shouted from approximately 80 feet away, “I said you could F-ing eat inside bro!” You can fill in that f word on your own. It’s unfortunate that I only had 9 witnesses for the outside interaction but a few people took video of what happened inside. Think I’m the only one, not even close. Other site reviews have nearly identical situations to mine. Was my Service Dog easily identified, yes she was. A Service Dog Vest, Service Dog Collar and on a Service Dog leash. Out of control Service Dog behavior, absolutely not. It shows on the video that she was completing her trained function. This companies promoted discrimination for people with disabilities needs to be exposed. It is disgraceful that customers are treated like this.

The breading on the chicken has more flavor than Cane's, and you do get more options and flavors. At the end of the day, it's just fried chicken. Nothing super special or exceptional to bring me specific to Slim Chickens.

Went to to Slim Chickens to get some food today and witnessed a worker telling some guy that his service dog couldn't come inside the building because "it's company policy". Put a really bad taste in my mouth so I just left.

Horrible service. Not only does this place not accept service dogs which is federally ILLEGAL, but the food is atrocious aswell! I tried the chicken, and threw up in the dumpster across the street, which tasted better than this "restaurant" 's food. Never coming within a 100 ft radius of this disgusting building ever again. The Midas Auto repair shop across the street has better tasting drinks than here...

I've had several good experiences in house, but we tried Doordash tonight and they royally screwed our order.. The dish in the restaurant costs $16.97, online, it is $22.97. Among other things that are wrong. Then he wouldn't even return our money after he taken our mistaken order food back. We drove the messed up order back to the restaurant where the Mgr said, he'd refund it, but then told us we we were in the wrong store. Why would you make customers go thru that?!?!?!
