Literally couldn’t even ask if they had something cause she couldn’t understand until i showed her a literal PHOTO of the item. Then they didnt have it. I decided hey its been a long day i’ll just enjoy the hot dog i got was feeling nostalgic and i get THISSSS. disgusting. (Also would like to add this was my only meal for the day. So thanks sonic for wasting my money! :D don’t expect me to come back so dont give me a gift card. Rather would cut my losses

I came to the drive through yesterday and sat at the speaker and menu for 10 minutes. Cars were piling up behind me. Someone with very little understanding of English asked me for my order and I tried telling them, but then no response. No one came out to talk to me. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ll never be back. I ended up just driving away. Waste of time.

Justin L and his team at the Parker location were FANTASTIC!! We had a large order for 70 people. Justin was professional, responsive, and friendly. The order was ready on time and DELICIOUS! Thank you!!!!

Laziest workers I’ve ever seen

This is my favorite Sonic. Mozzarella sticks are always hot, burgers are always greasy. Great, kind crew (Sunday at 2:15p).

My family's app pick-up order had missing items. I called and spoke to a manager, who hung up on me. I called back and they promised a partial refund for the missing items. No refund occurred.

[Update: I've now called Sonic's customer service twice, and have spoken with the location's manager, Ivan. In every case, they insist that they cannot process a partial refund for the amount of the missing items.]

I like coming here. Food is always hot and yummy. Doesn’t make my stomach hurt. Way better choice than going to tb across the street. A few weeks back, I forgot to order nerds in my slushy and they gave them to me for free. The only thing is I wish they put marinara with the cheese sticks instead of having to ask. But other than that 10/10

I had made a mistake in the app that I couldn’t fix on the app. The manager was very helpful in helping fix my mistake. He didn’t have to help me, but he did and I’ll make sure to come back here when I want sonic!

I ordered a triple dill smasher, I asked for no smasher sauce or onions, and got the burger back with onions. My cherry limeade had pickled Boba in it after I asked twice to the lady that took my order for a RT regular cherry limeade. The fries tasted like they had been reheated. When I talked to the manager, his name I believe was Ivan. Did not seem to care and still got my food back wrong. I went back 4 days later got a small mozzarella stick and a medium strawberry fruit slush, and I got a limeade and no mozzarella sticks. I think that this manager does not teach employees well, or doesn't care enough to fix customers issues. I called the store and it sounded like a young teenager answered the phone, I asked to speak to a manager and he was very rude and hung up the phone on me. This place is terrible. Food is never right. The general manager which I assume the Ivan guy, needs to be fired. He clearly does not know how to run the place. The employee i really appreciate that tried helping was a wonderful girl named Alyssa. Such a sweet girl. Next time I'm gonna call corporate. This manager needs to learn how to control.

Stop listing false dasher instructions in the Doordash app

i love the pretzel with cheese. too many kids hanging out late at night, so i feel slightly unsafe. nice diet coke tho. i ordered regular Coke and this lady decides to give me a cone with ice. she also failed to give us the 75 tater tots that we had previously ordered… They only gave us mozzarella sticks. Service was not good. I still want my Coke.
