90 percent of the parking spots were for online orders only. The person brought the order out handed it to me and walked off. Not a word spoken. This is what happens when a franchise doesn't run the show anymore and the owner doesn't give a crap about you

I would leave negative if I could. Don’t ever try and go at opening 6am , no one answers. I tried to bring that up to the manager and he said they clock in at 5:30? Yeah and the lights are on? Doesn’t mean they are responding to customers. Also they gave me the absolute worst order (I was eating because I was starving)I’ve had at sonic and they did nothing about it. DO. NOT. GO HERE. manager doesn’t care, staff doesn’t care

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Had placed an order at their stall and they said they will be bringing the order out when it’s ready, waited for 20mins and still no one showed up, the cars in other stalls were receiving their order and leaving, so hit the button again but the lady didn’t reply and just hung up when I had asked how much more time would it take to bring the food out. Another 15mins and I’m still waiting and when I had hit the button again they act as if it’s a new order and trying to apologize and said they’d get the order out but waited another 10mins and still nothing so had to leave since it was getting too late for me without any response or food. Extremely disappointed in the service here.

Didn't bring half of my order .no one would answer after you hit the button and the person barely speaks English. Don't come here if you don't speak Spanish. This is ridiculous.

Overall, good sonic. The employees always seem to be nice and the food is always fast and hot. Never really had a problem here. Kudos!

This particular location has gotten WORLDS better since the previous curmudgeon of a manager is no longer there. Morning staff is great, afternoon/evening staff has an incredibly difficult time understanding English while taking drive-thru orders.

The service has vastly improved, HOWEVER, there is one employee that has a consistent habit of asking if customers want their change (ie. Total is $2.18. You hand over $3 cash, upon taking said cash he always asks if you want change). If customers didn’t want change - it would occur to me that the customers would advise as such upon tendering funds.
