Cary out is always quick. Food was average at best. Chicken fried rice sucked. Horrible. Terrible. It was white rice with a slightly brown tint and some chicken - nothing else.

I ate here about a month ago with my son. The food surprised me in that it was very similar to grocery store frozen food. No joke. Save your self about $80 and eat elsewhere.

Today was my first time ever ordering from this restaurant. Being new to Castle Rock, we were excited to try their takeout. We placed an order online, bought the beef lo mein, Singapore Noodle combo, general tso chicken and the pao pao platter.

This was the worst interaction I've had in a while. I went in to place my order, then was haggled by two employees over the pao pao platter. They claim I shouldn't have been charged for only one order at $10.50. This is something the website had allowed me to do. I proceeded to explain that and kept getting asked for more money. I said they could just take that item and agreed to give me the order this one time. I've never been haggled like this at a restaurant before. it's disappointing because the food is actually tasty.

I wish they would adjust their menu or website listing rather than asking for more money at the door. Very disappointing experience.

The person whom I believe to be the owner has given me and my family the most trouble on multiple occassions. She stands at the front, an older woman with little respect to her customers. She intentionally makes people wait long for food, speaks back when we ask for different options, and treats customers like dollar bills instead of people. Her other staff are not much different. One of the managers walked over to our table, picked up our plates and told us we had to use them to eat. No joke, reached over our plates of food, picked up our plates, and shoved them around our table a few times.
Their food is mediocre at best. The wontons are very clearly reheated from a frozen bag, their food tastes the same across all variants, cheap ingredients. Almost $20 for a meal in which you will get small portions, little meat, and a whole lot of vegetables. They throw in soups and egg rolls to make it seem like a good deal, but to be fair even that is gross. The egg rolls and soup are the same as the crab cheese wontons. Frozen and premade. Nothing felt like it didn't just come out of a microwave. Also, how do you run out of fortune cookies?
The atmosphere? Completely empty. At least they're up to health code. But to be fair, serving things on chipped plates and dirty glasses might just throw them below the line. The decor is a whole other situation. The paper lanterns that they hang up were free from a partnership from a beer company. They don't wipe tables down after people eat, FYI. They just clear plates and let more people sit down. Nothing was charming about this place. Authentic? Maybe. Cheap? 100%.

I've lived in Parker almost 20 years and this is the only Chinese style food restaurant we frequent and we've tried all of them.
Charming decor and very clean, great service but the food is the thing.
I think the portions are huge. One lunch can make two or three for me and we have a couple of people who eat seafood and vegetables but not red meat. We all love everything and they have the only Egg Drop Soup here I really, really like.
Highly recommend.

We ordered delivery from South Garden III and everything was absolutely amazing! We got the family meal with sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup, egg rolls, and cream cheese rangoons — and every single item was delicious. The flavors were spot-on, the food was fresh and hot, and the delivery was incredibly fast. Plus, the staff we spoke with on the phone were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you’re craving great Chinese food in Parker!

My teenage daughter and I came by for a quick dinner. We had the wonton soup which had a nice flavorful broth and wontons that were not too big or heavy. Would have been even better with some veggies in it as well but the broth soup base made up for it. We ordered the pao pao platter and sesame chicken. Food was great but I was wishing for more than the small bowl of rice that was served with it but that is my personal love of steamed rice. Service was great. Drinks were kept full and we were checked on frequently. All in all will definitely make a frequent stop.

Very bad service, the dishes were dirty, I do not recommend this place

Giving one star for service primarily because their prices are deceptively wrong. The menu from their own website is “over ten year old” according to their cashier. From a customer’s perspective, this feels intentionally misleading. Be for-warned that the prices are about 50% higher than what their menu actually shows (example: Family dinner is listed as $18.95 but is over $25/person now).

I have nothing but good experiences here. The servers/owners are always kind and the food is delicious! I try to come here a couple times a month and it’s always great! Highly recommend! I have yet to have a bad meal here regardless of what I try.

This place is a hidden gem. The food is amazing. It is so well made. I think a lot of people have no idea what good Chinese food is but this is it. The technique used in making this food is impeccable.

This place gave my mom E. coli. She has been sick for two weeks now after eating the Happy Family. She got sick immediately after eating and has been in and out of the hospital many times. Don’t go here!!!!
