Normally, this place is my go to Starbucks when I’m in Parker, but for the love of the gods, they cannot handle a rush, one way or another they always screw up my order, today I asked for a light ice grande Matcha with vanilla cold foam, not only did they completely forget to even incorporate the cold foam the ice was completely filled to the brim.

Great Starbucks! Big parking lot however in the AM, Lunch and Dinner it can get pretty packed still due to the variety of eateries in the plaza. This Starbucks is easy in and easy out which is why I go there.

I've been through this location many times, and unfortunately every time they somehow manage to get the order incorrect resulting in frustration, and wasted time in having to go to a different location to get the drink remixed. I have tried verifying the order with whomever was taking the order and it has ultimately resulted in the same result. I wouldn't recommend this location if you have any changes or requests AT ALL from their standards because invariable they manage to fall short of the expectation.

I frequent this location multiple times a week and ask for light ice. It’s usually 50/50 if I actually get light ice or in today’s case, more than half my drink was ice. The mixing of the refresher drinks (especially if you just get water) is inconsistent as well.

I am a frequent customer of this location. Normally I place my order in the app and go through the drive thru to pick it up. Have had a few issues with missing items in the past but never rude staff until Sunday. Went through the drive thru with my whole family for Father's Day. The staff member taking orders rushed us so much we barely had time to look at the menu. My husband forgot to order one of our drinks and asked at the window to add it. They said we would have to go back through an entire line of cars behind us in order to add a tall summer refresher. Absolutely ridiculous when you are purchasing 7 food items and 4 drinks that you could not accommodate an extra drink, that we could not order due to being so rushed. Spending lots of money there to he treated this way on a special day for my husband no less. Customer service is garbage at this location.

This location is very impatient and not very accommodating was reviewing drinks and cashier was very short. Also tried to add a sandwich when I got up to the front and they said this its company policy were not allowed to do that seems like a pretty horrible company policy.

You would think going to a specialty coffee shop. One that product is coffee, you could get a cup of dark roast coffee. I asked for a cup of dark roast with a shot. I was told we only have pikes place. Sorry, no empathy just a robotic sorry. Must be used to saying that. Last time they did not even tell me and just gave me a lighter roast. Sad what kind of coffee shop does not have dark roast coffee. No need for a generic response. I went through the feedback, really makes me wonder you’re still in business?

I ordered a matcha latte with an extra pump of sweetener, when I received my drink there was no extra pump
of sweetener and there was large clumps
of unmixed matcha in my drink. :(

Won’t take phone orders? When the app is broken? This is a big breakdown in customer service and process. Disappointing.

When I arrived, the shop was essentially empty, I had to wait for 3 minutes for someone to take my order, and the toilet was clogged so I couldn’t use the restroom while I waited.

Please don’t make me come in to order, wait for my order, and then not have facilities to use while I waited. This will be the last visit to a Starbucks, shame cause my team enjoys it for our meetings.

Just went to my favorite Starbucks for a coffee and to purchase a gift card for my wife. The total was $32 with the gift card. I gave her a $50 bill and was immediately refused service because they don’t take $50’s even though I was spending the majority of the money at Starbucks. I do not understand….Did they not have the $18 for change? Anyway, I won’t be back.

Mixed feelings. The young guy at the window was very nice. The woman taking my order not so much. Extremely curt and impatient. Not just with customers but also with other employees.
