Normally, this place is my go to Starbucks when I’m in Parker, but for the love of the gods, they cannot handle a rush, one way or another they always screw up my order, today I asked for a light ice grande Matcha with vanilla cold foam, not only did they completely forget to even incorporate the cold foam the ice was completely filled to the brim.
Great Starbucks! Big parking lot however in the AM, Lunch and Dinner it can get pretty packed still due to the variety of eateries in the plaza. This Starbucks is easy in and easy out which is why I go there.
I am a frequent customer of this location. Normally I place my order in the app and go through the drive thru to pick it up. Have had a few issues with missing items in the past but never rude staff until Sunday. Went through the drive thru with my whole family for Father's Day. The staff member taking orders rushed us so much we barely had time to look at the menu. My husband forgot to order one of our drinks and asked at the window to add it. They said we would have to...
