This is a new location, close to my home. First time, went through the drive thru. Placed my order, paid for my order and I had to send back the order because it was not made right. Once the girl gave me my order, it still was not right. She was rude and didn’t even apologize or say goodbye. These people have one job, to make coffee and serve people. Why do they take it so personally when they make a mistake. Acknowledge that you made a mistake, fix it and move on. Starbucks you are losing your touch. Very sad. I will not go back to this location ever.

Drinks are fine but I have never seen a more poorly managed store with a staff that is completely unengaged and unresponsive. Don’t bother with getting food here since their staff doesn’t know how to run the ovens…corporate needs to do something about this one.

Very good location at chambers. Place to sit inside and also outside with Mountain view during sunset. Very friendly staff. This will be my go to Starbucks:D
