My friends and I went to Starbucks inside this Target today and had a terrible experience. We asked if we could ordered the summer drinks since it was advertised and the barista at the front said that they were out (which is weird because we saw another guest walking out with that exact same drink). We then ordered 5 matcha lattes since there were five of us which the barista said “that’s ridiculous” ??!?? She warmed our food and aggressively threw them on the table. She was giving us weird looks and rolled her eyes as we were leaving. We never experienced like this before, this is totally unacceptable. If I could zero stars I would.

I went in to get a coffee and the lady taking my order was kind. The lady making the drinks was talking to, I can only assume, a friend/coworker who was obviously off the clock, in street clothes, hanging out by the pickup counter. It was very obviously young adult drama talk and was extremely unprofessional. I was waiting for my drink and never heard anyone call anything out. I look and multiple drinks were sitting there, none of which had been announced. Coffee was ok, not the best, but I think they need a little meeting about not having personal conversation while working. It is extremely unprofessional.

such a good experience here. shoutout to taylor especially, she is so so kind to me every time i go in. the atmosphere is welcoming and safe and is one of the few places in parker i feel comfortable at. every single employee is so nice <3 10/10 experience every time i come here

They never have anything. They have very horrible customer service skills. They always close early please don't say short staff becuase every time i go i see 3 to 4 people just standing doing nothing the place always looks dirty..
