I have finally stopped going to your store. The person who’s taking orders at drive thru and sometimes at window is EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious! Name starts with a Z. I will give my money to a store with pleasant staff.

I went to the Starbucks on Parker road in Aurora. I got my usual drink. They always get it right : well I also ordered a banana bread. I had it warmed but when I starting eating it tasted very dry and took another bite and it was dry. I could not finish it .
I have not had that issue before. I don’t have photos of it because I don’t think you see the dryness in the banana bread…?

I've been going to this starbucks daily for 5 years. They used to be awesome, friendly and the drinks were always perfect. I rarely go there anymore because of staff turnover and rarely does anybody smile. It feels like they all hate their job and I'm an inconvenience. I've taken my business elsewhere.

I don't know why it's so hard to get an order correctly. I don't know if it's lack of training, lack of staff or simply lack of competency but every time we come here they get the drink wrong. For coffee that is already over priced for it's convenience it's not unreasonable to expect to get what you ordered and have it be correct.

Drive through was a little difficult to figure out but they had great coffee! Would have been 5 stars but the drinks all came out with coffee on the lids and running down the sides

I just called to see what time it was open. The woman on the phone asked me what time it was. I said 530. She said well it’s 530 we just opened this minute. And was so rude! When I said oh okay thank you. She hung up on me. The coffee was good. The girl was SO RUDE. I’ll probably go to a different store because her now. Horribly rude customer service.

Let’s start off with the good, it’s very difficult to get to, had to circle around twice on a busy highway. If you call that part of Parker Road a highway.today April 7 around 130 got 2 coffee. The guy at the window read off our order “two drinks that’ll be $12 and something cents” and puts the card reader where I could tap my card. It didn’t take the first time attempted it twice with the glare, you couldn’t see, it took, he shuts the window.my wife asked me. Did you just tip him five dollars no, I did not!!. “ how did it go from $12 to show 18 ???” She asked for a receipt and it showed that I tipped five dollars between those two taps of my credit card and the glare on the screen. He said I must’ve done it. It got oddly quiet and they fixed it. I didn’t get upset. They didn’t get upset but people should know that he is putting on a tip and people don’t realize that they just tap that thing…get on that highway and get to work And chalk it off as a mistake. This gentleman is preying on people that don’t pay attention. The manager is super nice. redid the transaction and who knows if that guy gets A talking to. I… People, need to start paying attention. They tapped these credit cards and go off on their merry way not even realizing they’re getting ripped off and he’s crossing his fingers that you don’t have the balls to pursue it or say something… by the reviews not a great Starbucks

Extremely slow even when it is not busy. If you order ahead, make sure you give it about 10-15 minutes. Not the 5 it says. Even in off hours

I went in for a coffee today with my four friends took a big drink of my latte only to have a stringy hairball come out of the top of the drink. It was huge. I puked right outside the restaurant. The manager did nothing but asked to remake! It was huge hard pass on this place. No apology so disgusting! Had to be on purpose it was huge!!! Not even a refund for the xtra treat! Avoid! God only knows what in coursing though my body!

Hot chocolate tasted of chlorine/bleach. Undrinkable, and even it was, not willing to risk it.

Update: I had no intention of returning, but someone brought me another drink from here - exact same problem! Maybe worse! Spoke to an employee - they seemed unconcerned and told me to contact corporate.
