Horrible Service almost to include theft!😡 My boyfriend ordered a ham & cheese croissant, only to be told it was already given to him when he NEVER was given anything! Then when he asked about it, they told him he could pay for another one, so I told him to go back and demand his money back, the food he ordered, or you're going to call the cops for stealing his money! They then decided to make him one, and when he got it, he received the burnt one you see in the picture!! This is the rudest Starbucks we've ever encountered and I'm appalled at the behavior and attitude of the employees, and wonder actually how much money these employees have stolen from customers who have never gotten what they ordered!🤬😡

The staff was great. I ordered through the app online. For some reason it went the order to Castle Rock. The manager didn't even hesitate and made the order for me with no hassle. I was blown away!

One lady working today which is fine. I was patient, waited over 20 mins to have my order for her to say she can’t split my payment when I’ve done this countless times.she literally knew what I needed to do prior and didn’t want to load my gold card either. Just clearly didn’t want to do her

The Starbucks @ King Soopers in Parker in Strohl Ranch & there were so many flies & a full fly trap, covered w/ flies! It made me so sick, I left w/out buying ANYTHING! I WILL NEVER GET STARBUCKS AGAIN!VERY BAD

We have spent too much time here not to review. It's Starbucks. Probably the most recognized coffee shop the world over. I love to grab a coffee and a snack at the Starbucks at Fashion Center Building. Its a nice spot to take a break and enjoy the City. The staff is extremely nice, there is plenty of space. They are consistently happy to host our team for coffee. Thank you.??
