Terrible. Ordered a $5 hot chocolate and they didn't even fill the cup up halfway. This picture was taken before i even took a sip. What a scam. Will never return. Management, I hope you look at this review as what not to do.

Customer service is non existent, they didn’t make the drink correctly and didn’t care at all when I brought it to them and asked them to make it correctly. Definitely not coming here anymore since this wasn’t the first time. It’s a shame since this is the closest one to me.

40 minute wait at 6:30 on a Friday morning with several people working. Service is inconsistent. Store needs to focus equally on the lobby/mobile order customers instead so heavy on the drive-thru. Had to leave and got notification order was in progress 40 minutes later. $12 gone.

Im going to stop coming here. Everytime almost that I pull up im in line for like 20 minutes and they dont make a lot of their drinks very well either. Done giving this place 10 bucks for these drinks and long waits. Also pay your employees a little more and stop asking for tips on a very expensive drink. Honestly the employees are nice that's the one thing I'll say good.

Came for a morning coffee, and the girl taking the order was trying to be nice but not great customer service skills you got our coffee. It was nice and hot and the cold was cold and everything in the order was exact. The customer experience just was not the normal Starbucks experience. The drinks were good and the coffee was hot prices are the same whether you’re in California or Colorado everybody thinks things are cheaper everywhere else, but Starbucks is pretty accurate across the board. Download the app and you can get your stars then you can get discounts on your coffee other than thatit’s not cheaper at any other Starbucks seven out of 10 recommend I like that they had a drive-through it didn’t take too long to get our coffee maybe 10 minutes.

Came here for a quick drink through the drive thru while I'm working. I asked if they could do a sample of one of their new drinks, because I'm hesitant to spend $7+ on anything new & might not like it. I was told they cant do samples. (I used to workforce Starbucks & at that time when a potential customer asks for a sample, we provide.)bSo I went ahead & placed a mobile order. I got to the window & he said all mobile orders take 10- 12 minutes & I had to go wait in the lot. What?! So here I am waiting on the clock & through writing this full review I still haven't received my drink.

I just got my drink the lady that got my drink for me. Messed up on it. Serve somebody else that was behind me and then blame the guy for messing up my order when he repeated it back to me. She didn’t take responsibility and she was a horrible host. And now my sandwich is cold inside the middle of it.

Slowest Starbucks around. Don’t understand why they have one person making all the drive thru and in store drinks while there are 3 people doing the register and food. Literally had to wait 25min for my drink after getting my sandwich. Felt so bad for the guy making drinks. He was stressed. Not his fault.would guess it comes down to bad management and poor teamwork. This is the closest to my place and I will be driving out of my way to go to a different one. This is not the first time I’ve had to wait 20+ min after ordering ahead online.

I ordered two venti lattes and a grande mocha using the app for pick up. Both the venti lattes were less than half full. When I tried to say something to the barista she told me if they sit too long the foam will dissolve. I got to the location within ten minutes of making my order. Also, I ordered a venti coffee not a venti foam. Even if it dissolved my coffee should have been more than half the cup. the barista then started responding like she was having a tantrum. When I said I wanted a venti coffee she responded with no foam I got it. I told her that's not what I asked for I am fine with foam just not half a cup worth of it. She and another barista were giving me glares and stink eyes the whole time well I waited for the new lattes. When I spoke to the manager about it he didn't seem to care at all. He said he was monitoring the situation and was going to come up when a customer interrupted. I told him how rude it was and all he said was yeah I'm sorry. To be clear I didn't yell or throw my drink or demand a refund. Mistakes happen I just wanted the product I paid for. Instead I got employees acting worse than my ten year old brother not wanting to clean his room. It's rude and a company based in customer service should care more about how their employees are presenting themselves to the customers.

This Starbucks is awful. Especially early morning today 05/05/2025 around 7am. Who I am assuming is the manager was extremely rude. The poor window girl was nice though. I had put in a mobile order and arrived early since traffic was lighter than usual. I hadn't noticed they had updated their app that all mobile orders are now estimated at 12 minutes instead of the usual 5-6 minutes. When I got there there was no line for the drive through at all. I was like oh cool I'll just drive on in then. Usually I'm waiting 10+ minutes alone in the line. The girl at the window relayed to me that the other girl wanted to make clear I knew there was a 12 minute minimum wait for drive-through orders but would make it this time very rudely. Glad I didn't tip either. The coffee is always below average but it's on my way to work. There is always something wrong with it, and they never can hear me over their speaker either hence why I even do mobile order. The coffee I was given was no exception. It tasted like straight up poo poo water. I even paid an extra $1.25 for cold foam on an already $7 latte and literally got what looked like nasty spit on the top. I might as well just ask for a random drink. What was suppose to be iced was some weird luke warm drink that was weird asf. I'll drive the extra couple of minutes to a different one from now on.
