I am not usually a Starbucks fan, but this location on Jordan Rd was the best. Friendly service e and everything g was right and on time. I went every morning for 2 weeks while I was in town

They fake friendliness and after waiting an inappropriate time for them to make a latte I went up to the counter to get a refund as there are no other customers and It's wasting my time. Only when I stepped up for a refund, the barista served the coffee but I didn't care about the coffee. The only reason she served it is she because she heard me requesting a refund. Don't recommend, probably the reason the store has no customers.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The older red-haired woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. Someone with that attitude should not be working with the public.

I love this Starbucks. Food and drinks always come out fast and exactly how I order them. Staff is outstanding and kind. Bryan is awesome, he actually came to this location I believe from another one that I wasn’t too fond of and literally made an effort to come up to me in person saying he recognized me and made things right with me from stuff that was out of his control and misunderstood at the other spot, that made my day and it was very thoughtful. Great crew. This is my go to location for my studies.

My order seems to never be made correctly and its super easy and im not usually picky. When I went back to have it fixed, the guy at the window. I think Josh. Was not nice. My other family members that go to this location say the same thing about him.
It seems to only be recent that you guys cant make drinks right.
Like if you (josh) dont want to be in customer service then dont. It shows you hate your job so no wonder my coffee is always wrong. When negative people work with others it brings the whole team down to that level.

I have been this location since 2018 and I literally order everyday! Customer service has always been great! I just dont know why they have so much bad reviews. Doesn't make any sense to me that literally everyone there are super nice! This is from someone goes the same location after 7 years!

Terrible. Ordered a $5 hot chocolate and they didn't even fill the cup up halfway. This picture was taken before i even took a sip. What a scam. Will never return. Management, I hope you look at this review as what not to do.

Customer service is non existent, they didn’t make the drink correctly and didn’t care at all when I brought it to them and asked them to make it correctly. Definitely not coming here anymore since this wasn’t the first time. It’s a shame since this is the closest one to me.

They get my order wrong probably 60-70% of the time.
40 minute wait at 6:30 on a Friday morning with several people working. Service is inconsistent. Store needs to focus equally on the lobby/mobile order customers instead so heavy on the drive-thru. Had to leave and got notification order was in progress 40 minutes later. $12 gone.
