The worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Some of the girls are so rude. Blonde girl with glasses is always rude, and a young brunette. Every time I do a mobile order, they mess it up. Every single time. This used to be my favorite one to go to and now I'll never come back.

Every time I place a mobile order here I end up waiting 10, 15, 20 minutes for it? Which defeats the purpose of a mobile order. The place is a mess and understaffed.

The service was great, and coffee was on par with other locations. I felt bad that the server at the window seemed a bit flustered, and when I rolled up to the window she apologized for the long wait even though I hadn't been there long at all. She told me that because of that, the drink would be free and accidentally was going to hand me the drink of the car behind me. I politely corrected her, and I will try to come back and see if I recognize her to give her a nice tip for being so kind. This was an evening a couple of weeks ago, but I only log onto Google Reviews periodically.

Costumer service was so bad , people working there too slow and very rude.I bought 6 drinks and some snacks and sandwiches. But that guy working there was rudely taking orders and he just threw the food at me.

I just spent 40 minutes in their drive thru line. This defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order and swinging by to pick it up. Once you’re in the drive thru line, there’s no possible way of leaving. This is not only the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had, but the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had in my life.

I usually like this Starbucks since it’s close to me but I was inside waiting to order for 10 minutes there was 2 workers who didn’t even acknowledge me the whole time look at me or say anything and was less than a foot from me to grab a snack box from the cooler… I ended up walking out it was very rude and I was the only person wanting to order all they cared about was drive through

Not that Starbucks cares, as the recent reviews for this location are garbage… but here goes.Went this morning and got the usual for my wife. I’ve noticed that if I don’t tip (which why would I? Starbucks make a killing overpricing coffee and can’t pay a living wage?) they are super rude and this time the drink was absolutely disgusting, no sleeve, no stopper, and rude as heck lady at the window. Why do we support this company????

I am a very frequent visitor of this location and typically whoever is working the drive thru is very kind, smiling, asking how your day is etc. Nida is the only employee that i don’t like she is rude and nasty. She’s yelled at me a couple times for doing my mobile order wrong…. even once she tried to hand me the wrong drink and seemed inconvenienced that i wanted the correct drink. She has never said “hello” “how are you” “have a good day” she’s literally never been nice to me at all! If you’re going to have a mean person working there maybe make sure they aren’t talking to customers. It’s been 3+ months where every time she is working she is mean and usually doesn’t have a name tag on (which is why it has taken me so long)

Suuuuper slow!! I've only ever seen three people work here at a time, they need to schedule more people on each shift. Nadi (may be spelling that wrong.) said hello and closed the window on me and then cut me off mid sentence twice while just in the drive thru... I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks.

Got stuck in the drive through for a literal hour on 12/29. Got in the drive through at 11 and it’s 1150 and I still have 3 cars in front of me. The girl taking orders apologized and said only two people are working today. How bad does management have to screw up to only have 2 people working? Maybe if you guys paid people correctly and didn’t over schedule your employees stuff like this wouldn’t happen. Very upset and hopefully Starbucks offers something to rectify the situation because I’ve never gotten stuck in a drive through for an hour

The service at the drive-through was quite disappointing today (12/29). The barista was discourteous, failing to greet anyone. She handed over the food carelessly, almost as if throwing it, and then forcefully closed the window. As a frequent Starbucks customer, I'm accustomed to a pleasant experience, but this particular visit was notably unpleasant
