I don’t normally write reviews but I ordered a sub sandwich and 3 macadamia nut cookies online on 7/30. I picked up my order and got to work. Offered my coworker a cookie and they pulled out my cookie bag and it was straight chocolate chip cookies. I’m allergic to cocoa with a severe allergic reaction to it. I called the store to let them know of the mess up to see if it was a mistake or if they were out. I can’t remember the females name but she was rude and told me “that’s probably all they had”. She told me they won’t do a refund for the cookies since they aren’t that much. Fine whatever. I then went to ask her to make sure there was no cross contamination (making sure no one touched the cookies and then went on to prepare my sandwich). She got very nasty with me and said “that’s ridiculous you’ll be fine”. I’m 34 weeks pregnant, an allergic reaction to their mess up would be serious to me. I work in healthcare and understand severity of people’s allergies. I’m appalled by her response and attitude. I understand if you’re not having a good day because of work but don’t take it out on paying customers who are just concerned that their health may be compromised because you chose to replace something in their order.

Subway is going out of their way to rip people off! The “Subway Series” sandwiches with all this extra meat and cheese and such are horrible, and on top of that they are waaayyyy more expensive than just regular sandwiches. No where in the store are just the regular sandwiches listed on a menu! I got a Turkey Titan thinking it was just a regular turkey sub like I used to get. I was so wrong. Not only is that sandwich over $1 more but it’s nearly 200 calories more. I’ll never eat at Subway again in my life! I hope they all go out of business!

They usually do pretty good at this location. The cheese is horrible now it’s always warm and the pepper jack is an absolute joke now look at the picture it’s like American cheese with one or two peppers in the entire piece. The black olives just always have a funky taste to them now it’s really weird.Over all I typically give it a three simply for the value & it being healthier then most fast food places pending what you order but the quality has gone way down.

unreal i have enough time to hightail it over to subway to grab my lunch and i get glared at by 3 teens when i walk in and they handed me the wrong sandwich. TUNA!!!!! GROSS

First time at this location. Staff did really well and were fast enough. There was a snotty customer but the staff did well to accommodate her. Good job Subway!
Online order stated to be ready at 12:25. 30 min later I asked what was going on. Not much of a response 4 other people waiting for online orders. They just kept taking people that walked in. Lunch rush I get it but to have 2 inexperienced people at your counter. Unacceptable
