Took my family to dinner at this location and was shocked by how rude the employees were. The sandwiches were great, but we will go to a different location from now on.
Warning: DISGUSTING CLEANING PRACTICES!!! Last night, my husband and I went into this store to pick up dinner. It was about 8:30pm, so we knew they were getting ready to close the store, so we were just gonna pick it up and go home to eat. We were standing in line waiting to order when one of the kids working there came into the lobby to continue cleaning.The kid cleaning was sweeping the floor (which was a mess - covered in crumbs, food, trash, etc., as to be expected at the end of the day). But instead of just sweeping the FLOOR, this kid used the same broom to SWEEP THE TABLES. I kid you not, broom went from floor to table to chairs/booths, back to floor, for EVERY TABLE IN THAT LOBBY.I was absolutely flabbergasted. Who in their right mind would use a broom on a table when you can grab a rag to wipe off a table? BROOM… on a TABLE?? A broom that was JUST USED ON THE FLOOR…After my husband received his food, the same kid who was “cleaning” was the one who was at the cash register. After paying, on our way out, I turned to that kid and told him “Just so you know, using a broom that was just used to sweep up the FLOOR on TABLES is absolutely disgusting.” And he had the audacity to try to argue with me. I didn’t give him the chance to defend what he was doing, because in my opinion there is no excuse for that abhorrent habit. I just walked out.Please beware of going into this store. You never know what kind of germs are sitting on the table you’re eating at, let alone what’s contaminated your food. If the kids working here are that unconcerned about the lobby, what’s going on behind the counter? Ugh…

If you’re going to refuse serving a sandwich that takes 3 minutes to make, because it’s 15 minutes before you close then just close at 8:45. Horrible customer service

Filthy. All tables are dirty at 9:30am. I am the only person here. All the staff is texting on their phones. I let staff know that there are no clean tables. They ignore me and make sandwiches for themselves. Not a good look.

The lettuce was visibly bad, all red and slimy. I asked the worker to use the other lettuce that looked better and kinda chuckled saying “sorry, it looks weird.” He muttered back, “it’s all weird” indicating none of the ingredients were really good…Will see how I’m feeling in a few hours lol
