Put in an order online and showed up at the pick up time. Then they decided to start making the order. Took one person 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. No other people in the store the entire time. Even had some minor mistakes. Won’t be giving this location another visit

I would give this subway 0 stars if I could . The employee that was working this morning 5/23 was so incredibly rude, there was nobody in the restaurant.. he wasn’t busy. I placed a to go order a hour prior and he said to me when I walked in on time for my pick up order “ I don’t know why people order this much in the morning” talked negatively about me to another paying customer then proceeded to not make our sandwich’s for another 15 min. I am now going to be late to my son’s 5th grade continuation. This is the 2nd horrible experience I have had at this location . Clearly this person hates his job , I will never be coming back here again.
Love Subway, but the customer service at this specific location is awful every time I'm in there.
Wonderful experience and delicious food! Very clean restaurant I had lots of help from Eric! he was very knowledgeable and was very helpful!! 10 out of 10 I would come back here again!!!

Very bad service, very bad employees ever
I do not know why they send us coupons. I told them I had a coupon so that was no surprise. Got up to the cash register and the coupons would not work. The staff was super kind. The owner is making a big mistake. If you are going to be a chain that sends out coupons then accept them. There is no way I am paying full price when I already said I have a coupon. This puts your staff in bad situations. I called and the Lincoln store does accept coupons. We’ll never come back to this location.

This Subway inside Walmart seems to be consistently good. Service is quick and friendly. They do a nice job making the sandwiches. Thank you!

They literally don't take their own coupons. Would give them zero stars if that was an option.
Did an online order for a pick up an hour and a half away. I showed up 30 minutes after Pick Up time and it still wasn’t ready. There was only one worker there. Whoever is doing scheduling should make a change. At least they honored the online coupons.
Order curbside for a specific time and they had everything ready at that time for me.
Dietary restrictions: You can choose what you want on you sandwich . Have an allergy just order it without.
Parking: Right in front of the building
Kid-friendliness: They have healthy kids meals
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap ♿️ parking, two spots right in out the front door with a dip in the curb to get up

They closed the store well before their closing time and refused to serve me. This is THE WORST LOCATION EVER. At least the other location had a reason to close early…they were out of bread. This location was just LAZY and RUDE. they wouldn’t even open the door to tell me why they closed 30 minutes before their scheduled time.
