Taco Bell is Taco Bell the food is never too great. But I had a special request the employee wasn't sure if if would be possible and quickly got an answer from manager. They were able to fulfill it and were accommodating. Definitely appreciated the staff.

This location is like 30 seconds from home so is my go-to location, which sucks. It consistently has the worst service of any Taco Bell I have ever visited. I never spend as long in a drive thru as I do here so I'm thinking there is room for improvement. The employees also tend to just seem to flat out not care. Also I asked and paid for guacamole I didn't get tonight, so I'm kinda salty about that too. Overall this location isn't any better or worse as far as the food quality or accuracy goes however, hit and miss, but that's the way it is with fast food. If this location had better staff all would be well in the world.

Go to the other location. They give a heavy breakfast burrito. This was like literally half of what I usually get. What happened to the burrito, there’s nothing in it?

Food was well past being thrown out. Soggy hard shell taco that ripped when I tried to take it off the wrapper and was also broken. Quesadilla is 5 dollars, 4 dollars to much for what they give you and was not melted. This is a crime at this point. Will not be back.

Just got food here and our chalupa had no meat, crunch wrap was like all lettuce, the nachos barely had any chips. Every time I go to this location it gets worse and worse.

Living not even half of a mile away, I grab food here often. If you’ve been there late at night, you’ve probably been served by Momo. He’s the best! Pulled up to drive thru a few minutes after close the other night and he went out of his way to serve me. Food has always been fresh and service always great. Parker location killing it!
I had placed an order in the drive through at the Lincoln location, pulled up to the window, and immediately noticed I didn't have my wallet. I asked to cancel my order, but this kind employee offered to cover my meal. Her name was Kaylee, I offered to venmo her and she wouldn't take it. It was such a kind action that I won't forget. I keep coming back and am never disappointed by the service or food. They are all kind and I appreciate that, it's so hard to find nowadays!
Completely no regard for the customer. 3 times I ask for sauce packets and I get none. I ask for no sour cream on my items, every time with sour cream. They suck!
