Great breakfast burritos and tacos!

I ate a breakfast burrito. The salsa is great, period. However, while I was eating my burrito, I couldn't even detect many potatoes. I was disappointed because potatoes are cheap. I wish I had more per bite. That's the reasoning to my rating.
Also, they asked me to choose a protein, but I didn't feel like eating meat. They should have made the burrito cheaper accordingly. Or I should have asked for more eggs. I won't be going back.
Maybe the tacos are different, but I will never know. I think with their sauce, tacos would probably be the best food type.
Vegetarian options: They offered to use bell peppers instead of meat since I chose not to have any meat.
Parking: They are in a park parking lot. Play soccer and eat after.

Stumbled upon their truck at Stroh Soccer park the other night. Ordered a barbacoa burrito and chicken taco. This place is unbelievable. As a Mexican food enthusiast, I would honestly say this is some of the Mexican food I’ve ever had. Will definitely be back to see there guys

Loved the food! I got an asada burrito and it was amazing! Also just to be able to sit in the park underneath the trees and really enjoy my meal was wonderful.
There’s a reason these guys have a 5 star rating. I don’t leave review’s but I had to in this case. Staff is always very polite and the wait times are always low. The food? Nothing short of amazing. I’ve been to torchys & fuzzy tacos which is why this is the only place I come to now.

Taco cocaine. This taco truck is that addictive. They make great, tasty tacos and burritos, and their sauces are pretty awesome additions. Their food is best hot, so I’ll eat nearby or get back home quickly to munch. Don’t let it sleep.
I live nearby and work from home. When I’m too lazy to make lunch then I’ll either walk or ride my bike to grab tacos or a burrito. The guys in the truck are pretty attentive and will bag my order without me asking when they see my bike helmet on my head.
The picnic pavilions at Stroh Soccer Field are nearby and make a nice, outdoor lunch break.

Best of the best! I have had them do event catering as well as visited the truck in Stroh. Each time the service has been exceptional, the food has been delicious, and I am left wanting more. Thank you for bringing authentic Mexican food to the Parker area. On those nights your just "craving" it make the trip here.
