What a great truck!! You would never think this food is not only plenty but really good!! I have passed this truck many many times and never gave it a thought. One day my wife and I stopped by to check it out. Menu is basic, but can customize. We ordered the breakfast burrito. When we got it, it was like a 2 pound burrito!! Heavy with lots of flavor!! Needless to say, we were super full and super happy we stopped by.Our new favorite place!!

Wonderful!! Pastor (pork) street tacos and the Queso Birria tacos with consume were soooooo good! I will guess it's a dad and son that own the truck. They are very nice. The truck is located in the Stroh Ranch soccer field parking lot

Just come, this is the best taco I’ve had in a long time. I am in love with this place. I cannot express to you how obsessed I am with their food. Don’t even question it just turn in, the owner is also an angel!! 10000/10*Edit*I’ve been here 4 more times since my last response and it’s been just as amazing. This has to be the best Mexican food I’ve had in CO. The owner is so awesome!! I am ADDICTED!!!*Second Edit*I have been trying the breakfast here since I’ve been eating their normal menu for a few weeks now and their breakfast is SOOO GOOOD. We got the breakfast tacos and I got a breakfast quesadilla with chorizo and bacon and it was heaven. I love this place! The people here are so nice and amazing!
