First tried their Denver location where I learned all of their flavored syrup are homemade. This location serves dumplings!! It's the best quick lunch deal I've found in the area.

We have come a couple times and both time have gotten great boba and even better customer service. The first time I wasn’t a fan of my drink, I just wasn’t used to the way they make their Taro milk tea (very authentic and apparently I’m used to it being sweeter, on me, not on them) so I expressed that and they were happy to explain why it didn’t taste like the normal Taro tea I had been used to and to make me another that I would like. On the second time we came in I wasn’t sure if my 5 year old would like the popping boba so the sweet woman working in the front brought out a couple for him to sample before we committed to a drink. We’ll be coming back!

Honestly was really disappointed. I don't buy Boba often because its so expensive, I paid $15 for 2 drinks. I got Boba milk teas. For some reason neither contained Boba, I didn't know I had to request Boba in my Boba milk tea. I live far away from this place so it really sucked to get excited, buy expensive drinks, just to go home and not get what I expected. 💔

I went there specifically to try the Vietnamese iced coffee. It did not disappoint. It was delishicious! Staff was friendly and the store was very neat and clean. I look forward to going back for more coffee and to try other items.

Deserves 5+ stars… most legitimate tea in the state… thank you!!

Not the typical sugar factory that most bubble tea places have become. Each drink that I've tried tastes like it has been thoughtfully crafted with high-quality ingredients. Definitely my new favorite place.

So many vegan boba options!! Their creamer is non-dairy and vegan, maybe coconut based? Prices are so reasonable and the vibes in the store are excellent. I will be returning many times!

We got a Thai milk tea (light ice, light sugar) and a jasmine milk tea (light ice)! The Thai tea had fresh mint in it and was delicious. Perfect gentle sweetness for both. Seems like a quality place with real tea. Highly recommend!

High quality ingredients with a product that isn’t overly surgery. The ambiance is legit and looks industrial and just overall cool. Also really appreciated the open kitchen where you can see dumpling making. Oh. And the games… they had Settler of Catan which prompted this review.

Glad we dropped in for tea today. Coconut Milk Tea was refreshing and a perfect late afternoon treat! Get in here for something delightfully different for Parker and very tasty!

Just tried their minty thai milk tea, delicious!!! The ambiance is calmling and pretty and the place is so nice. Dumplings were delicious too at a great price! Will be coming here again!

Tea Street is a great local business. All ingredients made in house and Patrick, the owner was very friendly and took his time to educate me on their options. Will definitely be a regular stop moving forward.

Guy behind the counter was nice. Boba was mediocre. It was very very chewy which ruined the drink for me.

Friendly staff! You can also tell that the tea is brewed fresh, and not made from powder. The drinks aren’t too sweet as well. I’ve tried a lot of boba shops, and will be back!

Continues to be amazing all around. Drinks are freshly made and with fresh ingredients! My to go place when I want something refreshing or have cravings 😂!!
